This is my 4th or 5th stay at this Hampton Inn in Caryville, Tennessee. I love the friendly staff and how clean the facility is...... "Jacob" greeted me and asked how my trip was.... I love the warm, delicious cookies at 6 pm in the lobby..... I have to say they went over the top, when I walked in my room and the TV had a WELCOME CHARLOTTE on the screen...... Now that's a great Personal Touch!!! I recommend them to my family and friends. I'll certainly be back. Great Job!!!!!

That I couldn't stay longer..... I have no complaints.

What a wonderful gem. The older ladies that run the place have been there at least a decade and are very sweet and helpful. Lobby coffee & tea 24/7, free breakfast with good choices like the powder based hot eggs and bacon and silver dollar size pancakes machine. Awesome 360 degree mountain views and rooms with balcony view of Cove Lake. The bed and comforter were so smooth cool and cozy my wife didn't want to go back home. East and south there are multiple lakes due to the Norris dam so lots of water view state parks.

Most of Tennessee is a speed trap. Police seem very nice but Google maps kept warning me so I avoided the many many repeating speed traps. The right lane on 71 South is all trucks. The left should be high speed but for the occasional truck passing a truck or  selfish moron turtles. Lovely winding road though and green views all relaxing.

It had the best bathroom we saw on the trip. A pet peeve of mine is having no place to hang things in the bathroom. So many places have few towel bars and hooks...if any. They really put thought into the bathroom layout and amenities. Great renovation! This is also a great location. It's directly across from Cove State Park and has a beautiful view of the mountains.

Staff was cheerful and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was beyond what I expected. Definitely a step up fro. Places we usually stay for this price.

The only thing I can say is the curtain setup was a small issue. The heavier curtain did not cover the entire window, leaving only a sheer one that allowed too much light in

We have stayed here a total of 3 times. Every time we enjoy it. The view is amazing. We really like the swings out front that you can sit in a take in the beautiful view of the lake. Staff is always friendly and it is a nice, clean hotel. We will be back!

Easy to find and had a breakfast buffet from 6-10, which made it nice to not feel rushed to get down to eat

The hot breakfast selection changed every day, not a bad thing, except that it sometimes sat a while due to no one eating that particular breakfast item and so it was stale sometimes.

The breakfast buffet was excellent as far as a hotel is concerned, and the dining room has a unique memorial to the grandfather of the owners, who apparently died in a moonshiner raid, and the grandmother who carried on without him.

I wanted to do some work, and instead of having a quick wifi connection with a password, it seemed that I had to give a whole raft of personal information to sign up as a user. I did not bother, and did not get my work done. Disappointing.

Breakfast was adequate, but no longer had some of the items they had in past years. Waffles were unavailable by 9:15, but other items were fresh and hot. Overall, very good.

It would be great if they could bring back biscuits, sausage, and gravy. Also, they ran out of waffle batter very early.

This property overlooks Cove Lake. it has a nice seating area to view the lake, very relaxing. There’s a fun restaurant nearby for dinner.

Hampton Inn has squeezed every inch out of the room’s footprint, it feels crowded.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. The desk man was very nice about moving our room to get the balcony side. He even helped carry our stuff to the new room.

Pool heater was not working. The pool was our main reason for choosing this place. The room was very small.
