From the time we walked in the door it was awesome until the time we left. We were there for a Band Syate Championship and usually stay in one of the other hotels in years past and you fill like you are an inconvenience when you check in. In this case there were 3 people in front of me and I was like ohno here we go. I was pleasantly surprised we were to the front in less than a few minutes. The 2 ladies working were amazing. I had put a request in on line for the first floor they already had our rooms ready and were so very nice. And this was around 3pm at checkin. The rooms were exceptionally clean and large. The ladies that was in the breakfast room was amazing as well. If I could rate this vist on a scale of 1 to 10 it would be 15. This is where we will stay in the future. Thanks for making our visit great.

This hotel is easy to get around , the parking and lobby are easily accessible. The hotel room is large and has large surface areas for suitcases and a desk for working. nice lighting and large window. Bed has comfortable pillows, bedding and mattress very comfortable. supplied with plenty of towels. has microwave and refrigerator. has pool and exercise room upstairs.

The hall noise was loud in the morning. we had soccer teams staying there at same time as us. the banging doors were the thing that I had wished were different. when people leave the inside latch inside door and let the door slam.

Hot breakfast and coffee was great. We had an early flight--the breakfast room attendant let us go in before 6:00 so we could eat before we had to leave. Very gracious and accommodating. Room was comfortable. Parking was very easy. Front desk staff courteous.

The air conditioning goes off and on all night & was noisy. Other than that, hallways were relatively quiet, even near the indoor pool.

We were there Wednesday through the following Tuesday. The week days the food and cleanliness was great. The breakfast guy was on top of it. The weekend on Saturday and Sunday there was only eggs and it was not refilled and supplies were not restocked. , the room and tables were a mess. When we tried to ask the kitchen girl for more rolls the counter girl comes running up and rudely says she doesn't speak English...really!?!

The back door by the elevator was taped to keep it from locking which does not keep the property safe. We did not tell the front desk person since we didn't realize it until the last day

Breakfast could have been better. Scrambled eggs were always over cooked. The cheese omelette was over cooked. Biscuits and gravy would have been nice or even hash browns. Bacon, sausage good.

Nice hotel and close to the ballpark. Also had a good free breakfast.

There were several old vehicles for a car show there and they were very loud when they were starting up and leaving a 7am. It woke everyone up.

bathroom shower mold, outer toilet bowl urine, uncarpeted floors not clean , a little highway noise, Saturday night hallway noises doors slammed, crack under door too large so hallway lights bright into room

Good value! Multiple amenities, kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub, the location was convenient, good continental breakfast, spacious rooms, comfy beds.

Breakfast was great. Very impressed with how updated the rooms were and how clean they were. Staff was very friendly. Wish we could have stayed long enough to use the indoor people.

I liked the breakfast, the staff, and the front desk. I even like the fact that a refrigerator and microwave were in the room. I also enjoyed the fitness room. I would most definitely recommend this hotel.
