Location was good. Plenty of eating and shopping close to the property.

Unfortunately our room wasn’t inspected very well by the cleaning staff. There was literal garbage on the floor behind a chair. Four cups with drinks still in them and used paper towels. Eww. The cleaning staff just missed it. Other than that the room was clean though. The thermostat had to be fixed, but it didn’t take long, and our tv didn’t work well either. My husband figured out some cord was loose and was able to tighten it. I asked to be credited for at least a portion of our stay and they agreed to that. I would stay here again though. Our room as a dud, but our other family members with rooms had no issues at all.

The staff was great. Booked another room last minute for my son and his family. The lady put us side by side without me asking. She said would you like me too. I was shocked, most hotels never ask. Was in hallway and saw cleaning cart and made the comment I may need to get extra towels and next thing I know the cleaning lady came out and got a couple more towels and washcloths and brought them to me and asked if that was enough. I didn’t even realize she could hear me. Great stay!

On the side I was at there was a bar behind the hotel with people in parking lot talking and reving up the car motors on a Friday night. Not hotel property.

Staff were quite friendly. Breakfast was decent, but selection was a little limited. Cleanliness of facility and room was close to exceptional. Conveniently close to favored eateries and good shopping places, yet just far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of noise and traffic. Great access to/from the interstate freeway.

Our room when screened with an ultraviolet lamp was amazingly clean, however the cloth fabric sofa and matching easy chair came up very grubby. Luggage cart pneumatic tires had low air pressure thus making luggage transfer somewhat tedious. (Didn't like that our visit was so short.)

Cannot beat the value! The room was spacious, no major stains on the furniture or carpet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was typical but ample. I like we could see our car from our room. We felt very safe.

Could have been a little cleaner. But, I am one of those that brings their own Lysol spray and wipes... The shower head was hung so high we weren't really able to adjust it. We went to use the pool, but there was another couple really enjoying themselves at the time... So, we went for a short walk and went back to our room.

Most things were great, the staff were very nice, greeting us as we left and came back, rooms were very clean.

We had booked two rooms, one room was a king suite with a pull out sofa, and one room with a king bed, when booking I ask the have the room next to each other or close by because my brother in-law, who was disabled after a stroke, has problems walking and becomes confused easily, he was visiting his grandchildren who spent the night and needed help with them, they had our rooms on the first and third floors, this just wouldn't work because of his issues and his grandchildren. We had to settle for two smaller rooms with full size beds, and the cost was only about $10 less then the other rooms with the king beds, this was very disappointing. The breakfast; biscuits were dry and hard, the spoon would stand up in the gravy, but the milk was cold.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to restaurants. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was friendly. The room was a decent size.

Our room smelled weed when we checked in. About 230am I was awakened by screaming and cursing. Several drunk young people from the bar behind the hotel. The police came and had to arrest a few of them. Other than that...everything was good.

always enjoying staying but this time when i checked and had to check back in because i added a night to the original two nights the “manager “ was rude she took forever then a girl came up to the desk because she didn’t get the breakfast out and ready and was rude to her as well… the fella that checked me didn’t make me pay a deposit because i stay there often when i told her this she called someone on her cell and told them all of this and she said my it’s of asked if she recognized me and she said nope never seen her before well no you haven’t because usually i check in late in the night and leave early in the morning…. i was late for work because she wanted to be a rude personi like the guy that checked me and the toom

Location was great for Nascar race weekend. Traffic was never an issue coming or going to the track. This was a great stay. The room was clean, quiet, comfy, and breakfast was included. No issues with parking. Lots of resturants in the area. Never got to try their indoor pool but it looked refreshing.

Check in was a little slow. When we got to our room our cards didn't work. Had to go back to the desk for a re-scan but had to wait in line again because they only had 1 person working the desk.

very clean. the smell of bleach hit me when I opened the room door. cleanliness is very important to me.

the location of elevator and only one elevator. very small. breakfast was mediocre. sausage was cold and taste terrible. Staff not very welcoming. not mean or rude but just blank and serious. Lady working with the breakfast seemed angry.

The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows are amazing. Fantastic shower pressure after a long night at the concert was just great. The shower was big enough for us to be together and just relax. Quiet rooms too. Slept late so we missed breakfast but that's ok. We don't get much time away from home without the baby.
