The location of the property was great! Pretty much 15-20min from everything (downtown Smyrna, Nolensville, Franklin). The staff were super nice and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The tv was a little wonky - sometimes the channels would freeze or momentarily change to a different station. The continental breakfast was good, however I overheard another table saying they wouldn’t eat certain items the staff placed out, cause they placed them without wearing gloves.

Beds were comfy, but the pillows were not firm enough. We each needed two under our heads to be able to sleep (3 of us/two queen-size-beds). If our other son would have came along with us, we wouldn't have had enough pillows with 3 pillows per queen size bed instead of 4. But, other than that, I thought the quality was DEFINITELY appropriate for the price bracket we were looking to stay in when booking, although, at that price, it has no "wiggle room" for decline.

Location price breakfast was good.

What I did not like about it was my confirmation number was no good and I also witness that other people confirmation was no good. That is not good. Eye witness at least 3 other customers that have confirmation numbers they could not find it. What's the point of having a confirmation number if you cannot find the confirmation number. This is a problem. Please fix the problem. Please and thank you..

Staff was very friendly and hard working, especially during Thanksgiving. We liked that we could bring our dog. It was her first time staying at a hotel. They had lots of places to walk her and doggie pickup bags to use.

The breakfast was hit and miss. Biscuits were hard sometimes and the options were the same each day. The lady working the area though was so nice and on top of things that I hate to complain.

The staff was very pleasant, accommodating, responsive and efficient! Clean, comfortable rooms; good hot breakfast and fast checkout. Small, well provisioned “store” of selection of beers, soft drinks and “necessities” all at very reasonable prices. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Only one small item- would have preferred that the fridge included a small freezer section- to recharge our reusable ice packs.

Great location, clean, plenty of parking, room was clean and spacious and the staff was very polite and helpful.

The property was in the process of changing locks and we were locked out almost every time we returned so had to go down to the front desk and get the key programmed.

Breakfast was pretty good. Staffs were quite friendly, helping us. This hotel allows pets . There’s a small kiosk , you can get 24x7 - some snacks / noodles and drinks.

There are no stores nearby at a walkable distance, was bit difficult for me without a car. Otherwise there’s nothing !!

The Hotel staff was very helpful at check-in. The room was very clean and bathroom was well stocked with towels, etc. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! Breakfast area was very clean and food was delicious!!

Our stay was top notch. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. Everything was great.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Food was great.

Our only complaint was the paper thin walls! Traveling with a baby and neighbors slamming doors all hours of the night was not so fun but we made it work! Overall a great stay.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They talk to the customers like they are people. It’s not usual to have just met someone and they feel like an old friend. It seriously made my stay more relaxing
