Close access to the road I wanted to travel. And my room(on the second floor) had outside access via a second door at the back of the room to the area where my car was parked.

Location and value for the dollar.

Everything the pool hot tub , the workers were so nice even other gest it felt like a family .even the gas station right next door workers wonderful. Then don't forget get on the other side of the parking lot is a great place to eat food is great and again the workers make it feel like you are sitting with family

That I couldn't stay longer

The location & proximity to the interstate & Tellico Plains and surrounding areas of TN. It was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful.

There was some noise from the interstate at night & at times, the air conditioner .

it was very a convenient location and there was plenty of parking. the bed was also super comfy and the room was really clean.

The room was advertised on booking.com as having a “tub” and advertised a picture of a large jacuzzi tub in one of the photos. once we got there the receptionist informed us that our room didn’t have tub (not even a shower/tub combo, it was only a shower) and not only that but that booking.com is not allowed to rent out their two jacuzzi suites. why are they advertised in photos then??? Also the walls are very thin and there was a man in the room next to us that coughed all day and night. It was pretty annoying and woke us up several times once we went to sleep.

Because our trip was on motorcycles we requested ground floor rooms thru Booking.com. The hotel did not receive this request, but they were able to accommodate us. We decided to stay an additional night and we're again accommodated. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We would stay there again.

Location close to I75 . Didn’t hear the highway traffic. Linens and bath towels good quality. The room was clean.

Continental Breakfast wasn’t to my liking. Only cream cheese for the bagel..no jelly nor peanut butter at 6:00 AM And because of Covid, they had cut back on their breakfast, yet they still offered the make your own waffle! Really they could have offered the scrambled eggs. Their coffee was good.

The location was extremely convenient, right off of 75! It was clean, comfortable, and a great price! The Huddle House right next door made it even better to grab some food after 12 hours of driving. This is a great choice at a great value!

Everything was exceptional!

The kids and adults enjoyed the swimming pool and didn't have to worry about a sunburn

They need to update their door handles .because at time they wouldn't lock and sometimes u could openthey

The hotel looks like its been recently renovated. Everything looked brand new and it was very clean. Room was quiet and comfortable. Convenient to the highway just south of Knoxville. The front desk was very accommodating when I requested a ground floor room because of knee surgery

It's an older building so it didn't have an elevator
