The staff was amazing! So nice and kind! A gentleman who worked there fixed a breakfast plate for an elderly lady and took it to her so she wouldn’t have to get up. ❤️ There is still goodness in the world. The beds/pillows were comfortable and the room was clean.

The room is contemporary in style and clean. I checked the top of cabinets and there was no dust! Bed was comfortable and the heating/ cooling unit worked perfectly. It was chilly at night and warm during the day but the room temperature was constantly good. Staff is very friendly helpful.

Vending machines were empty -maybe due to covid? I had 3 packs of decaffeinated coffee in my room and no regular but the clerk happily found some regular for me.

The counter staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant/chef was very nice. The Beds were comfortable. Location is convenient to the Smokey Mountain National Park especially Cades Cove (20 minutes if you drive the speed limits). Townsend itself is quieter than Gatlinburg and there are restaurants and stores are within walking distance of the motel although on the other side of HWY 321 (note that we didn't have problems crossing as the traffic wasn't heavy).

Best Western needs to put some money into this motel. One of the chairs in the room was wobbly. The tub was slippery. The pool and exercise room were closed.

Loved that the rooms were very clean. Staff was wonderful and loved that the breakfast was included and had many choices to choose from.

Vending machines on our floor were broken. Pool was closed, and was told the exercise room was closed due to broken machines. My granddaughter was upset because she wanted to go swimming. Was not told prior to booking that the pool was closed. Was told pool was closed to under staffing upon arrival which I understand but should of been told when booking the room. When leaving realized vending machine on bottom floor was working this they should notify when checking In.

The staff members were all very kind and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and large. WIFI didn't drop once!

During my stay there were several available rooms and what management, or staff often don't consider is who they place in rooms on either side of a guest. I am a senior. The morning of my departure a family with a child moved into the room right next to mine. This child was screaming a LOT of the time and a dog was barking. I would ask that management consider who they place next to one another when there are ample available rooms. I personally make these solo trips to escape stress and anxiety. Screaming children and barking dogs are not of a calming nature.

Very clean, relatively quiet (could hear water noises from other rooms) great location, breakfast was good if not very processed food.

Room was not ready 25 minutes ahead of check in due to labor shortage. Alarm clock was set for midnight so went off. We did not set it. It woke us from a sound sleep. Thought I turned it off but just hit snooze so it woke us again. We had to turn on lights to turn it off. Also, later in the night, somehow managed to bump the phone and accidentally call the front desk. Again, difficult to disconnect the call in the dark.

This was I and my wife's second trip to Tennessee. Every hotel that was pet friendly was booked on the Parkway therefore, we resorted to the next town over which was Townsend about 35 min from Pigeon Forge. Tash, Claudette and Andre were excellent hosts during our stay! The breakfast bar was very good and the coffee was soooo good! We also liked the fact that it was quiet here and the beds were comfortable; we rested well! The rooms were clean and we will definitely visit here again!

The staff are very nice and very helpful when needed. Good breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location for visiting Cades cove and the Great Smoke Mountains.

The water pressure in the shower was low. You could here the TV from the adjacent rooms.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The guy working at breakfast time was very very nice. His niceness will be the reason that we stay there again.

The other workers at the desk were not friendly. If I had not called and let them know that we were bringing our fur baby we might not have had a room. I booked a king room and after calling them I received a call letting me know that I would be moved to a 2 queen bed room because they only have a couple of rooms designated for pets and the king room was booked. Also because of the snow the morning we were to check out we requested a later check out (3 hour) and the nice guy told us it would only be $20 but then a woman called and told us we would have to pay for another night to get a later check out. I could see if they were waiting in line to check in but at times we were the only ones there. Customer service verses greed.
