I was concerned that the price was half of a nearby hotel. But I was very happy with my accommodation. While a bit old and nothing fancy, the bed was clean and comfortable! The room was spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, microwave and a refrigerator. Really nice convenience! There is also a little balcony overlooking the green space, and parking lot was super easy! I didn't get to explore, but there were lit picnic areas and a gazebo where you could relax or do yoga. Because the hotel knew there was a Vacation Races event was happening, they put extra snacks and drinks inside the room. So nice! :)

The balcony was a bit dirty, but no big deal. The room wasn't fancy by any means, but the most important pieces were great, so no complaints....especially for the price. Great value!

They took care of me and upgraded my room. After the upgrade to a king suite the room was great! We had a balcony and everything was clean!

We were in town for an event as vendors. Event started before 3 and didn't end till after the office closed. They didn't want to just let me get my room key ahead of time. Made 1st trip back at 3 to check in since they told me I couldn't do it till then room was on a corner where you could tell it never got sunlight. On the inside it smelled of mildew and the baseboard was clearly rotten in front of the bathroom. Made another trip back around 7 PM after my dad and I decided there's no way we could stay in that room. I'm from the country and I know what a moldy basement smells like.

The facilities location is ideal. Nestled in the foot of the mountains away from the hustle and bustle. The place is well maintained, i would suggest taking the upgraded rooms, bldg 5 or 6 add the dbl queen bed rooms are not so great. The owner upgraded our rooms, a fantastic person. The bathrooms could use some upgrades, otherwise the place is ideal.

The place is a bit dated, some bathroom, flooring upgrades would be excellent and remove the cig odours from the some of the rooms.

Location and pet friendly is superb!

Needs renovations and updates. The outside had rotten areas on the siding and the flooring in our room need to be repaired along with the trim on the side wall behind our door because it kept falling down. The lady at the front desk during check in was not very friendly but was “polite”. We stood there 20 minutes at least and they locked their door until 3 pm so there were multiple people waiting to check in at once with everyone standing there that long and the desk help wasn’t in a hurry to get anyone checked in.

We loved the location. The room was so cozy and clean. It included wood for the fireplace. A keurig with good coffee. The staff were so gracious and gave us information on the best local places to eat. We booked in Townsend because Maryville had no places available that were reasonably priced and we were going to a concert in Maryville and needed a place to stay. We initially were only going to stay one night but stayed two because we loved the place. Definitely coming back. This motel is a hidden gem. Tremont Lodge is the perfect place for a romantic getaway.

It isn't that we disliked anything. The indoor pool area and our deck and outdoor furniture needed to be pressure washed. They were in the process of cleaning up the parking area and it was obvious a storm had came through and the debris was being cleaned up. The pool had a beautiful rock waterfall but it wasn't working. The hot tub wasn't working and I would love to see the waterfall fixed in the indoor pool. . Hopefully these are things they will be working on soon. I can't say enough good things about our stay. These are the only things I see they need to improve.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. We like all of the sidewalks to walk our dogs also. Lots of shade outside and quiet area.

Very easy to hear any conversation or anything in the adjoining rooms. Building 2 where we rented for my handicap father, the parking lot has a large hole in it and the second night there was no parking which defeats the purpose of having a handicap room for easy access.

The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were clean. The price was great. They had a very clean pool.

There were a few stains and some minor damage in the room we stayed in, like a fixture that wasn't screwed into the wall. I don't really mind those things myself but someone else might. I personally think the only thing I could complain about is the rock wall in the pool had a lot of pointy edges. My son hit his head on them, they could be potentially be dangerous, but my overall stall was great would definitely recommend for a family on a budget.

The location is very convenient to everything, and adjoins a walking and biking trail for safe pedestrian travel around town. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner was right next to the bed and too loud for me. The bath fan has never been cleaned, but the rest of the room was clean. The room was in disrepair, with a partially patched hole in the bathroom wall, and around the front door.

They had an outdoor pool but it wasn't as warm up there as it had been where we are from. They also offer an indoor pool and hot tub. They have an outdoor movie. They offer areas for you to be able to grill have picnic tables and also a playground area if you have little kids. Very peaceful and quiet. The whole staff was amazing so if you are looking for a getaway trip keep them in mind and they are only 25 min away from pigeonforge

We had requested a king handicap room, and were initially put in a queen regular room. This room had not been cleaned adequately. I wiped up a lot of long dark hair on the bathroom then found food on the dresser. I spoke with the manager as he walked by the room and asked about being moved to the king handicapped. He was very gracious and moved us down the way The next room was clean. He stated that housekeeping had not shown up.. not sure who tried to clean the first room but they obviously were not the regular staff. The manager did solve our problem however, by moving us with no problem.
