Quality Inn Alpine

There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel. Staff were extremely nice and friendly. The room was very nice. It was great to have a refrigerator in the room as well. The pool, local wildlife were all great to see. Really, really enjoyed the stay here.

It wasn’t the property at all, loved it there! The area however, it’s convenient yes, but a lot has closed up, they close super early, or some places are only opened a few days a week and only for like 2-3 hours. Hours and such need to be updated.

We needed a pet friendly hotel, and this place fit the requirements. Our room was very clean, very spacious, and more. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our cat also fell in love with the accommodations. In addition to the microwave, Cable TV, refrigerator, sofa, and desk arranged a food prep area with a sink really made our two week stay comfy. This place was a hidden gem!

The appearance, cleanliness, friendly staff, and room quality was great.

At my two previous stays at this location, we got a really great room, with an additional sink for dishwashing, a sleeper sofa, and a great coffee table. Unfortunately, for the same price we got a room with no additional sink, an ottoman, and no table. The smaller size was a bit of a downer.

Breakfast was grab and go - it was definitely the best I have experienced during the pandemic. I like to have protein with breakfast and they had breakfast sandwiches with egg, sausage and cheese you could heat in the microwave. They kept everything stocked and all items were fresh. The manager, Jana Sanchez was great when we wanted to add nights and stay in the same room. The hotel was almost full and it was wonderful how she worked with us!

I liked the location and cleanliness of the room. It was also a calm, quiet place to stay.

The breakfast was gone fairly quickly. At other hotels I've recently stayed at, a staff member continued to stock and serve items even up until the last 10 minutes of breakfast. This was part of the reason I booked this hotel. Also thought the price was pretty expensive for just one night.

Location: I was in their area to visit a friend in Fort Davis. I am an IHG member, and after staying in the Holiday Inn Express down the street on our first night of our visit to the area, we were disappointed with our stay there. We had seen the Quality Inn on Booking.com and the price was amazing. So, we booked our second night in the area there. We found the facilities to be comparable to the Holiday Inn Express with more comfortable pillows.

The only drawback we saw was the that the hotel didn't have elevators.

The place was clean and the staff was great

The breakfast was awfull but with the covid in place what do you expect. the water was going thru a water softener which made taking a shower a bit of an issue. It makes everything slimy, you cannot rinse the soap off you!! I understand that this is a very dry area and they do not want you to get out after washing and your skin getting dry. We brought a shower mat the has suction cups for the shower so we would not slip in the tub.

Bed, room, cleanliness, staff, location were just what we needed.

Understanding the times, still the breakfast was easy and nutritious, But would rather something fresher.

The breakfast was ok but would have like to sit in the breakfast area and use the microwave there.

I am upset becasue booking.com paid for the room and the hotel charged me too. I will not use booking.com again if this is how it works!!!

The room was clean , The sheets soft, great pillows, a well thought out grab and go breakfast.Coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24/7.Decent dog yards with a water faucet and doggie bags .Nice friendly staff!

.The only problem was a slow draining tub and small towels.Otherwise a great stay and a pretty good value :)
