Comfort Inn & Suites Alvarado

Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Large room. The floor in the elevator was sticky, we reported it to the front desk and they immediately cleaned it or should I say “cleaned at it”. It wasn’t sticky anymore when we used the elevator again about 30 minutes later but I can’t say it was “clean”!

Price was high for one night stay in off season. Handicap parking should be closer to entrance. Carpet definitely needed cleaning.

Many varied breakfast items at this location. Always fresh and hot and especially enjoyed hot waffle bar and eggs. The area was always clean. Great coffee and juice selection. Holly and Hailey, the desk clerks, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Check in was easy and the room was very spacious and cold. The bed was comfortable and the room as a whole was very nice and clean.

The front desk did not inform us of when breakfast was being served just checked us in so I think informing customers of those services upon check-in would be great for future stays.

I booked the hotel with the assumption that the pool and hot tub were in service. When we got there we were informed it had been closed since July. That should have been updated on the website.

Very low water pressure. Water was luke warm when set on all hot.

Staff was friendly and facility was clean. The AC wasn’t working for part of the facility, but the rooms did have AC.

there was good communication. they messaged me that there was remodeling (which I didn’t see) large rooms good breakfast easy check in

challenging to get to in the dark not enough signage and too many businesses on that corner

Facility was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Only con is we had a king suite with a sleeper sofa and the mattress was horrible. My daughter would have been better to have just slept on the cushions. When we booked there were no other rooms available. Would stay again just not that particular type room.

A/C was out in lobby. Very hot to eat breakfast when outside temp is 108 during day. Said no one could come for several days

The location of the hotel was great being that it was off the highway. The room was cleaner than I expected. The check-in process went very smooth.

The parking could be a little better. I had a hard time finding somewhere to park being that there were limited number of parking spots. There was also a lot construction going on.
