we had a comfortable stay, breakfast was good, staffs are approachable. location's really good with our plans that weekend.

nothing really, i just think that they should try to update/renovate the place. The ambiance kind of looks really old and with the prices they have, you'll get much better looking room in another hotel.

We booked our stay through the “Booking” app. And when we checked in at the Hotel we weren’t given our 1st floor King Suite that we reserved. When I asked why I’m now on the 5th floor in a standard, they did apologize and immediately made it right.

The property is very well lit at night, the downside to that is it’s very bright through the curtains. So it makes it hard to sleep. I used a hair clip to try and overlap the curtains.

Room was enormous ( I assume due to being a room to accommodate a handicapped individual). Strong AC kept the room nice and cool. Breakfast was excellent, good variety and stocked up well. The trolley stop for the transportation to the Astros game was extremely convenient.

I liked the location, room space, amenities and the the breakfast selections.

I had to leave after only 1 day and the place is booked for a future date I wanted to make another reservation. The male attendant assigned us an incorrect room and floor, thus the key would not work until this discovery that the key was for a room on another floor 2 below.

The property is centrally located. Both checking in and out was a breeze and both front desk employees were kind. The property is an older building but I think they do a good job at not letting it show too much it was clean and comfortable what more could I ask for?!? thank you for a great stay!

Good location, friendly staff.

I don’t know if they were in the process of remodeling the room’s but the tub and sink on the bathroom need it some updates, the walls in the room looks like they were being ready to get paint.

Ms. Tracy was very hospitable. There was another lady there at the night shift that was very kind as well. These two ladies made us feel very welcomed and we plan to stay AGAIN in the future

The unsupervised kids which was out of the hotel control. People need to monitor THEIR kids. It’s not the front desk job!

The room size was great Comfy bed Shower had great pressure overall my stay was good

I didn't like that I asked for a first floor room the day before my trip and they told me to call back in the morning to let them know around check out time and I did and the front desk lady took my information and told me should would call me back and let me know when my room was ready and that I could check in early . I never received a phone call and I was not granted a 1st floor room

Location was ideal for the attractions we visited.

The hot water in my room was not consistent. During a three night stay there was one hot shower.

Staff was very nice and helpful. It was very clean and enjoyed the location.

Did not like the indoor swimming pool. Rooms need updating with USB plug ins for electronic devices. Also needs to be a blanket on the bed. The one in the closet wasn’t enough.
