The rooms were pretty clean, smelled good, and the oj at breakfast was fire

The shower did not get hot, it got luke warm. Also very small and difficult to maneuver through. There was stuff on the closet and bathroom door, and a sticky spot in front of the toilet. There was also a needle on the stairs outside.

The room looked like they tried to remodel it which was a nice surprise. The bathroom had new tile which was very nice. The shower was gorgeous and even had a built in bench and rainfall shower head. The Lobby was nice and clean. The staff at the front desk were always very polite. The room was clean, stocked and was larger than I expected. The motel was close to the venue which was super convenient. I would stay here again.

The bathroom door was weird. You had to step into the shower in order to open it once you were in the bathroom also, the bathroom light was hooked with the fan so there was no way to just turn on the light. I also wish there was a microwave and the mattress was dated and a little uncomfortable.

Very affordable and perfect for our 2 day stay in Arlington. We drove in from WI and arrived a quite a few hours early. The Owners were very friendly and gave us a great suggestion to Eat at Texas Live! while we waited for our room to be cleaned after learning my husband was a huge sports fan. They took our checkin information and we came back around 3pm to our key waiting for us. The room was exactly as we expected it to be in size, but very clean, fantastic working air conditioner unit, and nice bathroom area. Beds were very comfortable and not hard. One of the owners, Eric, was very social, accommodating in the bar on site, and even humored us with our request to sing karaoke. He made us feel like we were friends for years. The outdoor pool was a standard size for a small hotel/motel, but it was clean, with comfortable temperature water. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Right up the road from Six Flags, Texas Live and the stadiums- all the places we came to Arlington to visit.

We could have used a microwave in the room. Also an elevator for our disabled son would have been nice for the second level. However, that was my fault for forgetting to state we needed a first floor room (they did try to find me a first floor room at checkin, but they were booked)

The personnel were terrific. The little gal at the desk was very helpful and happy to have us stay even though she'd been working early in the morning and stayed late as they were short-staffed. They were timely and helpful, knew what was going on in town, and provided assistance with good restaurants. The new bar's Asian Cajun food was SUPER TASTY, and ERIC was funny and friendly and gave us hints about driving in the area (the roads are pretty ripped up right now). The room was cozy and clean. Something else we liked was the location. Close to all the fun things to do, AT & T Stadium, Globe Life Stadium, 6 Flags, and lots of good restaurants, and about 30 min from the Fort Worth Stockyards.

The only bad thing I can say is that they missed changing out the towels one of our 4 days, but were also quick to bring what we needed when I called the desk. Oh, and unless you take a shower NOT during peak time, the water was cold. I have had this issue at other motels, so it wasn't unexpected. Suggestions for improvement: We felt the breakfast choices were a bit lacking, and the 10am cutoff time was disappointing. We were on vacation and still on Daylight Savings Time (in our bodies, I mean).

One day we had no hot water for showers

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the whole staff where absolutely fantastic. Rina (big boss) was so welcoming and a fantastic cook. Ti (little boss) ensured breakfast was plentiful, great behind the bar, drove guests to local ball games ( football and baseball) and not a bad karaoke singer also, John who checked us in also ran the karaoke and a great singer, he also played the Guitar and drums and put on a great nights. Greg who worked in the kitchen made a mean deep fried catfish ( my husband’s favourite) he also worked behind the bar and all around the property, and not forgetting our housekeeper Zefe, she ensured that our bed was fresh on a daily basis, she made sure we had clean towels and plenty of tea and coffee in our room everyday. There was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in our room also. the pool area was always kept spotless. On our last night Li, Greg and John gave us a wonderful send off in the bar with food, drinks and not forgetting Johns Karaoke. we would like to say a very big thank you to everyone for making our first holiday in America a fantastic and memorable one. Thank you all so so very much. my husband and I would highly recommend staying at R NITE STAR INN and SUITE - HOME of the Cowboys and Rangers.

No elevator, not helpful for handicapped

Great location and very nice staff. Family of four traveling for a football tournament, two adults and two kids. We slept in for breakfast so we cannot rate that. The lounge was a nice plus and the food was excellent. We had the smash burger and lemon pepper wings. TT our server was really nice and very accommodating! We also had drinks from the bar that were not watered down at all. We had plenty of toiletries and bath linens. I did have to request wash cloths, but I was accommodated quickly. Rooms were just as pictured and nicely updated. The Wi-Fi was complimentary and had great speed. We didn’t smell any “pot” and there was staff everywhere. I slept like a rock! Very nice comfortable beds. I love the seat in the shower. The water wasn’t super hot but it wasn’t cold either. It was comfortable enough for all of us to shower. Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to address some of the things that I had read in other reviews. We usually stay at Marriott. However, due to the tournament being in town we had no choice but to stay here. Again, I would highly recommend staying here.

The $50 deposit was a bit of a surprise. I definitely understand the reasoning behind it after seeing the renovations. I recommend paying in cash. That will avoid the bank holding on to it “forever” per TT at check in. At check out when I turned in my key, I got my money back instantly.

Everything the room the A/C Everything was cleaned

Very clean room. Nice sized refrigerator. Shuttle took us to our concert for free at Globe Life. Shuttle service ends at 6pm. King bed was very very comfortable. No microwaves in rooms. Free parking and wifi. We didnt use the pool (it rained almost 10 inches the night before! ). They serve a hot breakfast, even though website showed pre-packaged items. They had a Cajun food truck and a menu in the room, but we had no time to eat. We didnt go to the lounge. Will definitely stay again. We had 5 people between 3 king-sized rooms and it was less than $280.

The flooring outside the lobby entrance was very very slick from the rain. The tile did not allow for traction from even my tennis shoes.
