quiet; comfortable beds; staff friendly and helpful

no ice in any machines; there were baseball teams there filling ice chests with all the ice. Need one ice machine perhaps for guests who need ice that aren't part of a baseball team. The hallways were very hot. The elevators were dirty. Carpets old and worn. No towels or washcloths in our room . Front desk did bring them up for us however which was appreciated. Entire carpeting needs replacing

The breakfast attendant, Mrs. Elizabeth, was very kind, I liked the vegetable omelet since I am a vegetarian. The staff at Generate was very friendly.

Only that I would have liked that the pool had been open and that the refrigerator in my room would have worked better since it hardly cooled. Also the air conditioning was a bit noisy and the supply of toilet paper was not good since we had to request it on two occasions.

price was great, staff was wonderful, bed was fantastic. Not, surprisingly the teenage boys missed the 9:30 am breakfast cut off time…but the staff was sweet enough to pack up the leftovers for us to take up to them! Really kind! A/C in Room 404 was fantastic!

Extract fan in bathroom was not working…moisture causing paint to peel…things happen… coffee maker wasn’t working…they replaced it immediately.

Very friendly staff and they responded quickly to our issues. Provided shuttle service to the Cowboys game.

The sink in the bathroom would not drain well. It seemed as though the drain was backing up in the sink. The phone in the room was broken, so we could not call the front desk to ask questions. Traveled with a friend and there were not enough outlets to plug in our devices. I will definitely stay here again, these were minor issues that we were able to work through.

Amazing stay. Especially for the price. Went to a festival to see at boygenius and clairo, didn’t get to the hotel until around 1am and had a smooth check in. Room was very clean, bathroom was nice and had good lighting as well. There’s plenty of desk space and a tv. Lots of options for breakfast, love a good hotel breakfast bar. Nice stay for our first time in Dallas!!!

Location, most of the staff were friendly, room was quiet, and breakfast was good. It’s was very close to six flags and hurricane harbor.

The carpet was stained, the window and sill were really dirty and couldn’t see our one of the windows. The pool had no towels and their were loose tiles in the bathroom.

The guest services employee was very kind, the breakfast was large and very good. The location was good. It allowed us to walk to Six Flags saving us $40 in parking fees.

Our room was clean but dated. The bathroom counter had cracks in the grout and the shower looked older. There was a lot of construction around (obviously not the hotels fault) but it made it confusing to find it.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, proximity to restaurants was good. Bed was great! AC was working very well in the Texas heat. Towels were large & they left 3 of each type in the bathroom, many hotels are skimping on linen service these days, that was appreciated. Interaction with staff was minimal, but pleasant each time.

Only had one coffee pod that was caffeinated, would like to have at least 2, surely this was an oversight. one nightstand had not been wiped down, there were glass rings on it from previous tenant.

The breakfast was okay the omelette day was the best!! Staff was friendly and very accommodating!!

The pool is tiny and the breakfast sausage links are gross but other then that was overall great stay

The location was perfect for the reason we were there !

The guy that works the night shift, he would lock the front sliding doors & put a note on the door for people to use the side, which is not good for business & not appropriate for a hotel…he was a little rude when you would comment about not being able to use the front doors.
