Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Arlington

The staff was very pleasant when walking through the door. Breakfast was ok. Room was good size. Bed was comfy. The only thing that made the stay unpleasant was the elevator. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't. Made awful sounds when it was working. Made me nervous to even use it at all. Not very pleasant to walk up and down four flights of stairs after walking all day at six flags. Other than the elevator the stay was amazing.

The elevator really needs to be fixed.

Location was very good for us, as we had business, etc in both the Mid-Cities and Arlington areas. Breakfast was good on day one.

They were in the middle of renovation of the A/C Units. New ones were pathetic. Also, they had an obvious water/mold/leak problem in the Hotel, yet remained open. Our room was immediately adjacent to the 'being treated area'. We went down to the lobby/bkfst area on day 2 and found very limited seating due to the 'cleanup' that was going on.

The breakfast was hot. Most places now only offer cold breakfast so it was delightful to be offered hot breakfast each morning. Location was great. Hotel smack dab in the middle of the action. AT&T Stadium, Texas Rangers Stadium. GLOBAL LIFE FIELD. ETC. PEOPLE are friendly and accommodating.

Front elevator was down the entire trip. But back elevator was working. Thank God.

wish they had a shuttle to AT&T stadium and Airport - AC unit was super loud had to open the windows for fresh air - the bathroom light keep flickering which gave us a little headache they only had one elevator working - the cart we used to put our luggage on had very squeaky wheels could have used some WD40

This hotel is conveniently located close to Six Flags Over Texas.

There is not a hot tub. There was construction. We had to go outside and walk across the parking lot to go eat breakfast.

the bed was way to hard and the sheets were very old and had holes in them didn’t fit the bed

Towels were wet like they didn’t finish drying.. Guy at the front desk was always in the back office so we would have to stand there and wait for him to come back.. other than that nice rooms for the price

The front desk lady was genuinely helpful and provided great customer service. I do plan to stay again

Decor could be updated

Suite style , home feelings , good staff

Elevators out of order leading to unnecessary walking, a little mold in the bedroom by the vent ,

I liked the proximity to Globe Life Field.
