Comfy beds, quiet room, game room, ample lobby and conference seating, gift shop food and drink selections; easy to access restaurants and entertainment from our location; our room was on the top floor.

Need to serve breakfast. House keeping was on demand and not automatic...these and other things were not explained to us like wifi and where the laundry room was. Just give us a list of features when we check in. Rooms need a cable channel list. Guide was difficult to find and channels availability sporadic. Bathroom was small or toilet was too large...not sure

I loved the hotel decorations, fancy and clean.

Only one thing I would like some breakfast.

I really liked that the restaurant and bar Zuri was open and serving late. excellent food and staff working hard to take care of everyone, especially after the late football game. Alex made sure I was treated right immediately. Good food! I also like the shop bro g open for snacks, etc 24 hours and the little to go breakfast bags

the hallway carpets could be upgraded. hallways in general were dark and gloomy. If the main floor was as nice as the banquet and conference room areas, it would be much more impressive

Location is phenomenal. The hotel is lovely. We enjoy walking the grounds at night, it’s huge. The restaurant/bar is also fun on weekends. The beds are SUPER comfortable. I sleep like a log here

The ONLY thing that comes to mind is the WiFi service isn’t that great BUT I’m not here to play on my phone. I also understand some guest may need it for work purposes.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend a lot of time at the hotel we went to see supercross but the hotel location was great my son had thrown up and we were able to drive back and change him in no time we are already planning another trip back just to spend time at the hotel we really enjoyed it

I hope breakfast will be open soon I know with inflation it's pretty difficult so I understand

No hot breakfast but there were breakfast baggies out and selfservice juice and coffee bar. The room I was in, should have been cleaned more, especially were the refrigerator is, there are spider webs. The outlet behind the TV stand had to many devices plugged in, not acceptable 😕 the last morning there the toilet was draining very slow, glad it didn't happen at the beginning of stay. Overall I enjoyed the stay and will recommend.😇

To many devices plugged in one outlet, poor sewage drainage and room need more deep cleaning.

I usually have YouTube on the tv but this room did not have it . Besides that everything was perfect!!

The room was amazing! we were here for The Weeknd concert that was in town (as was the whole hotel) & everything was perfect! the staff was so helpful!! I had a wardrobe malfunction & needed scissors & the gentleman downstairs had no issues lending us a pair to fix my outfit. we will 100% be back the next time we are in town!

I wish the salon would’ve been open on a Sunday, I desperately needed my eyebrows waxed before the concert.

Location was good for me because I was visiting and was 5 miles from where I needed to be.

They rent the pool after 9 to outside guest on certain days but it’s closed to guest at 9 party or not. That’s a bit unfair to the guests who would like to enjoy the pool a little later.

The atmosphere is what always brings me back to the Lux time and time again. I love coming to the Lux.

Well, this last time it was on the first floor and there was a leak but other than that it was exceptional. So it's still a 5 star hotel in my opinion! If only they had room service and breakfast in the morning! It would be perfect!
