Good value for the: price, location, and nearby amenities to the Austin area. Dunkin Donuts and the Taco shop on the corner are great places to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner. Easy to walk to, from the room. Lots of diners, and restaurants nearby as well. The Oasis restaurant is an amazing place!

Some of the neighboring rooms were a bit noisy, but not so bad that I would not consider it detrimental for my stay.

Miss Susan is very awesome I love the way she treat people nothing but much respect our love for this motel it is awesome for a reasonable price just to get away for a minute I love it

It's close to most of the areas where I like to shop at and you can pretty much take off and go anywhere from that location it's close to the highway

I loved that it had a little kitchen so I could cook for my family, staff was nice also, loved I could park right in front of my room made it easy to load and unload my children.

Roaches and a water leak but last time I stayed here I had neither of those issues so I'm guessing its just this room

Room was large. It was clean

Beds did not have top sheets It started tanning the evening before we were to leave We were in a pickup so our luggage had to go in the back of the truck and we had to leave 5am I went to the office to see if I could get four of thir large trash bags to put outer our suitcases. I even offered to pay for them but the lady at the desk just kept saying no. She had no passion for us at all

Next door neighbor playlist music too loud. Found out there was an ice machine on the fourth floor. Do not have to make the trip to the first floor for ice.

there was no breakfast but the property was relatively quiet and had no problems with people loitering or suspicious traffic.

I did not like the booking process as it was hard to get a room , I'm guessing because of it being a Friday and was very busy.

Having to pay $100 for a pet. And other miscellaneous fees that make your good deal on the price for the night, changed that.

Front office info,security cameras,clean parking area, clean room ,plenty of TV channels.A cleaning saw me working on camper and challenged me to be sure I was owner great job

Small parking space width,length.shower could use some elbow grease.

Location is convenient. Friendly office/staff people. Quiet throughout the night.

Lighting and small bathrooms.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The location was perfect for us.

My key card kept dying but there was always someone there to assist.
