The staff at the front desk for check in was amazing, kind, helpful and welcoming. The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were bland at best.

As mentioned the bar tender and the staff in restaurant were pretty unresponsive. Also, the pool water was very warm, which was fine at night and even lovely for a night swim, but during the day unbearably warm (not sure if you could even address this as it was clearly weather related, and I liked it and also didn't, LOL)

My expectations were pretty low--Holiday Inn has always been "Budget" roadside hotel in my past. This property was well above my expectations. The staff was uniformly pleasant and accommodating, and my room was better than many more expensive places I have stayed. Super comfortable bed, nice bathroom amenities; an outstanding shower! The airport shuttle runs 24/7 and the drivers I had were friendly, prompt, and drove carefully. I actually stayed there on my late night arrival from Honolulu, and a week later the night before I flew back to Hawaii. I will definitely stay there again, and will look for Holiday Inn properties in the future.

I didn't realize that breakfast wasn't included. There was a breakfast menu in the restaurant that was pretty expensive, and was good. Apparently you could also pay for just yogurt, fruit, or other items which is what I'd have preferred. The property was nice but we were barely there, getting in past midnight and out fairly early. My memory of specifics is fuzzy.

No complaints, but we wanted to be close to the airport and it was a bit further than I imagined.

PAID FOR BREAKFAST BUT I DO NOT EAT MUCH BUT THE CEREALS ETC WERE OK.

NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE AREA AT ALL. LUCKILY I COULD USE THE HOTEL SHUTTLE BACK TO THE AIRPORT TO GET BUS TO AUSTIN.

After the worst trip ever I found this oasis at the last minute. I even got it at a discounted rate. The front desk staff were so friendly and professional. The room was beautifully appointed. Furniture was immaculate and housekeeping was the best I’ve ever seen, and I’ve traveled all over the world. Pool area was very pretty and inviting. I am a picky hotel guest and believe me I looked at everything but honestly this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Shout out to Bri at the front desk and Rachel in the cafe. Food was excellent too btw.

I had asked in advance for enough towels and shampoo for our party of 5, but they were not left and we had to ask for extra upon arriving.

Breakfast was quite good. Actually cooked food, not continental.

Weekend rate was steep for an airport hotel but this was probably due to the Formula One race that weekend and thin supply in the city. The weekday rate was reasonable.

Clean , comfortable and quiet . Great staff . Bar tender was very good . Dove toiletries in bathroom very nice . Airport transfer on time.
