The location was perfect and the commute to different places were reasonable, the staff, and the property exceeded all expectations I will definitely stay here again when i return.

King suite - bed was comfortable, bathroom luxurious and mini kitchen was used and very welcomed. Basic but sufficient breakfast with everything you need - some hot items and continental breakfast items like oats, bagels, yoghurt, fruit and juice.

2 complaints - sofa bed very uncomfortable, not suitable for 2 kids over 10. The water is very alkaline and the soap doesn’t wash off you - I found this strange.

The breakfast was quite adequate. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was provided with a first-floor room as I requested and I was pleased with the pet area. It is always a good experience at a Residence Inn.

I notified the front desk that the pet waste bin provided needed to be emptied and cleaned up. They quickly acknowledged my request graciously. Otherwise, I found the area to be very nice. I appreciate that the Residence Inn is so pet-friendly.

The room was extremely cozy and just the perfect spot to be after being out in the heat. The kitchen attachment was nice to have the option to cook if you wanted to. And the hotel itself was so clean! Definitely will be back here when we visit Austin again.

Would have liked a water dispenser or water fountain nearby to refill water bottles.

Very friendly and helpful staff! The room has a great size and it was very clean. The bed is super comfy so it was overall a very pleasant stay. Wifi worked, kitchen is equipped ok. The Mckinney falls state park is close by. Absolutely worth a visit even on a sunny day in February.

Pool could have been cleaner but it's also February... However, on a 85 degrees hot day I'd expect people to use the pool and therefore clean it.

Could've gotten a bit of a cheaper price for non festival weekend

We got in really late, Kelly at the front desk was so helpful. I'm sure we looked tired and crazed. He was great! We were able to grab some food in the lobby and relax in the comfortable room.
