Breakfast was always on time, fresh, and in sufficient quantities. The choices were healthy and tasty. The egg menu can be varied. The Juice variety is excellent. Fruit must vary and guests must be given a response card (available) to congratulate the staff of state concerns , if they wish to do so during their stay.

The room was great but more soap must be provided. adding a little tube of toothpaste and skin cream will be excellent since these items are forbidden in hand luggage. The bed is excellent. Lighting (mild) is suitable. the TV is comforting

the staff was extremely accommodating, almost to a fault, The hotel is located in a bad drug-infested area so you kind of gotta be careful, but that is nt La Quintas fault. THE continental BREAKFAST was fantastic, especially the Texas-shaped waffles, loved them.

my room had a bad, smell in the carpets, but after a while we didnt smell it, we became acclimated to it

I booked because of the name and prior facilities under this name. The room was clean and comfortable.

I did not like that my room was an outside room. I had to walk around outside the facility. Being an older female I wasn’t comfortable with room location.

It was right off the highway. Both front office staff were very courteous.

The room looked a little run down. Carpet was very worn, the bathroom vent was not properly attached. Enough toiletries could have been given for the number of people in the room.

room was big enough for my wife and I also the bed was very comfortable and was impressed with location. There was clean towels and linen was clean as well. We asked for 1st floor due to my wife is disabled and can't do stairs and to our surprise they did what we asked and our room was on the 1st floor and close to a ramp if we needed it.

The a/c was cold but we could not keep the fan on due to it would turn off. The latch that was on the top of the door was loose but there was no need for it due to the deadbolt was good and we did not feel like we needed to lock up like Fort Knox. There was one electric plug that would not hold in our phone charger but there were many others we were able to use.

I enjoyed the security. Comfort, and wifi. And being close to come and take it live!! If I was y’all-I’d advertise y’all’s hotels in that venue. Metal heads be coming in the truckloads here across the state

Beds were comfortable. Good a/c. Waterspout was very noisy waking me several times during the night.

Facility looked like it must have been one of the first opened in Austin. Needs an upgrade.

Beds were comfy. Lobby staff was great. Breakfast was good.

Toilet had a continuous run. Room carpet is pretty dirty, needs to be shampooed. Room door did not close all the way, would get barely stuck on door frame.

The location

Book a room thought it had a refrigerator and microwave but did not also heater did not work. Had to change rooms two times but the staff got it together and got me a good room with microwave and refrigerator

location… was quite cramped… I arrived approximately around 9:30pm on a Thursday (5/12/22). There was only one Receptionist working and she was not in a good mood. Very rude to customers trying to check in, I waited almost 20-minutes in line just to check in.
