Location is fantastic. Unit itself was fun and stylish. Parking was easy and free. Communication with staff over an issue was quick and efficient.

Refrigerator made a ton of noise and had to turn it off. The building is stylish but built on the cheap, as the floor vibrated when guests in an adjacent unit walked around. You could also hear doors closing and noise from the hallway very clearly in the unit. And between Booking.com and Mint House, I received at least 10 emails about this stay, so definitely need to work on efficiency and consolidating communication with guests.

So happy we found the Mint House at The Hatchery for our brief Austin trip. The hotel is set up more for long term stay, but having the availability of a stocked kitchen is always a plus. The staff was great, we appreciated having a phone number to text with any questions we had about our stay. Being able to stream on the tv was a plus too! So many hotels won’t allow you to do that. Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. For long term stays you have the ability to rent items you may need - stand up desk, extra computer monitor, blenders, all kinds of options. We will definitely be looking for other Mint House locations for any of our other upcoming trips.

The Mint House was in a great location and the room itself was very clean and well designed! It had everything we needed. By far the best part of staying at Mint House was the staff. I have never had a better customer service experience. The staff was extremely welcoming, responsive, helpful and more. I would highly recommend the Mint House to other guests.

The one downside was that the room was much smaller than we were anticipating. It still had everything we needed but the pictures on the website gave an allusion that the space would be bigger.

Excellent location, easy check in, small but well appointed. The staff was excellent, they emailed/texted as soon as I checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. After I checked out the staff checked in with me again to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I told them I accidentally left my pillow (I travel with my pillow when I can) they said they would try and locate my pillow. After checking they found that the cleaning staff must have thrown my pillow out so the Mint staff reached out to me and said they wanted to replace my pillow and ship it directly to my home. WOW! Now that is what I call amazing customer service!

The bed was a little lumpy but bed firmness is obviously subjective. Everyone has their own preferences on how soft or firm they like their mattress.

The parking was nice and shaded. The loft room was very spacious and had a good ambiance with the large windows. Wifi worked for my job.

Not in the center of anything but it is quiet and close to the walking trails around the river. I guess some reviewers had issues and there wasn't someone on site 24/7 but I had no problems.

We loved everything! It was clean and spacious, located so well near everything.

The keypad did not work for us well. Not sure if we didn’t know how to use but we unlocked from the phone and sure enough they numbers would appear but disappeared instantly without allowing you to put in the number. Spent about 5 min trying to open the door at some point. Really annoying lol

Overall, was very nice. For some reason, thought there would be an oven, but we managed as the kitchen was equipped well. Quiet, but still close to downtown. Great coffee shop within walking distance.

A bit confusing knowing what our parking area was and directions could have been a bit more detailed as to location of unit within the complex.

We had trouble getting into the property upon arrival and when we called the duty number, found that the clerk wasn't able to assist us. The problem was that our instructions gave us a door code, but it did not tell use to follow the code by pressing the check mark. We finally figured it our, but even when we called the clerk couldn't help us.

Parking is available on-site, in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small grocery store two blocks away, very close to the downtown area and expressways. Hassle-free chick in process.

Did not do room service for the entire stay, but not a big deal

Nice property and I like the fact that it had on site private parking included. However

The room I booked was not the room I received, but Cesar who managed the property was very accommodating and corrected the rate. He even came on our checkout day and gave us a going away gift.
