Clean, comfortable, big

The room didn't have any glasses for water and no cups for coffee -- even though there was a coffee maker.

The room was a nice size. I liked that there was no carpet, the mattress was comfy, and the furniture was clean and modern. It wasn't old and shabby. Liked the refrigerator size. Breakfast to go was good. Also the room didn't have any weird or funky smells.

The room hadn't been throughly cleaned there was a melted red sucker on the floor under the ironing board, there weren't any towels in room upon my arrival, there wasn't a trash bag in the can. The door wasn't flush and the light from outside could be seen around the door. The toilet ran for a full 25 minutes even after shaking the handle🤦‍♀️

The bed was very soft, price was reasonable for area and staff was great.

Overall room should have been cleaner.

The location was very good, but the. Breakfast was not I was looking for the Days Inn Breakfast and got a bag with Breakfast like items. I hope to see the Days inn Breakfast return and nice people like the guy who checked us in . Because the mean older white gentleman was not kind or nice to meet that morning in the lobby.

The Older guy who I guess work mantianace he was rude and mean. I spoke to him and he looked at me sneered and mumbled something I couldn't understand. I left him alone when I saw him again.

walked in the front door to check in and the young lady was on her personal phone and never looked up or greeted me I waited a couple of minutes then had to say excuse me to be greeted, then taking a shower the water was really cold or really hot no in between. other then that it was a good stay

The staff was super friendly and helpful

The manager was very unprofessional and unsympathetic to my medical needs. She said that the room was left dirty and she put me on the DNR list. When I call to ask why I could not rent again she refused to give a explanation except that we left the room dirty. I would expect her to at least call him ask and when I returned the call to at least call back and explain to me why she felt the room was left dirty I left all my trash around the trash can in a nice pile towels were left in a pile the bed was made there was no extra trash around the room refrigerator clean and everything microwave clean there was nothing that she could not do in a 15-minute clean-up job. I would at least expect a return call from the manager when I called to ask why.

My check in lady was super sweet & personable. Safe, convenient surroundings. Affordable & close to Abita Springs. Will stay here again on my way back thru.

Breakfast was weird because it had mad potential. Scrambled eggs & sausage. The pancake maker instead of waffle irons... The eggs were off -- Vinegar-y, sour. The pancake oven was not set high enough so they were raw. Not to be age-ist but the gentleman on duty had resting grumpy old man face so I decided I'd just get a crossain'wich from the next door Burger King. 🤭

Clean property, caring and helpful staff, comfortable bed and great location - close to shopping and business area.

At first, they gave me a room which smelled like cigarette smoke and I asked to be switched to a non smoking smell room.They did not have tea - i do not drink coffee and only coffee is available- and i do not eat pork. The breakfast is a “to go” bag which consists of a pork breakfast sandwhich and few snack items. They should have a pork alternative.

The night staff when I checked in was absolutely warm and welcoming. The room was clean, the beds well made, and I slept wonderfully.

The morning staff could not have been less interested in the guests. I booked Days Inn bc the website noted breakfast included (my car broke down and I was stuck miles from home with no knowledge of local services.) There was no food in any of the display trays, bowls, towers, etc. Eventually another lady went into a back room and returned with a paper sack containing a microwaveable sausage/cheese biscuit, a muffin, and a pineapple cup. Meh. Then, when I pointed out the coffee was depleted, no one made more. Really? Either the staff is very disengaged, or the management, in an attempt to control costs, has directed them to limit consumables. It was exactly halfway through the stated breakfast time, so it's not like they didn't want to make a full pot at the last minute.
