Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Beaumont

The room was clean, smelled fresh, the bathroom was Very roomy and sparkled it was so clean ( except for the coffee maker), The towels fluffy soft, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The Staff was Awesome‼️The location and price were great.

1- A pool was advertised I was expecting to swim, relax enjoy it But it was very dirty green ikky looking. 2- the water tank of the coffee maker had some greasy stuff in the bottom - and some black flakey stuff? Maybe mold? Everything else was very clean so this was a surprise.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT .BREAKFAST WAS NOT THAT GREAT. THERE WAS A 30 DOLLAR CHARGE ON MY MASTER CARD WHEN WE GOT HOME ON SUNDAY THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE . HOW CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS?

BREAKFAST. THEY NEED TO HAVE SMOKING ROOMS!! SOME PEOPLE DO SMOKE AND ITS A LOT OF TROUBLE TO HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE EVERTIME YOU WANT TO SMOKE. WE HAD A 3RD FLOOR ROOM.

This property was wonderful. The room was large, very private, clean and comfortable. I loved the view from my third floor window and the whole layout of the room made for a very restful night's sleep. The breakfast was rather basic but that was okay.

The area around the hotel seems a little bit sketchy and so I didn't want to walk around alone.

The manager and the staff is very helpful and caring greet you when they see you it's not a 5 star hotel but the manager and staff make it a 5 star

Easy check in and check out. Good clean and cold room. Bed was very comfortable because mattress was firm just as I prefer. It was pretty quiet on the first floor which I was very happy about. Parking lot was very well it. Continental breakfast was decent. Very convenient mini fridge and microwave. I would stay here again.

Shower head needs replacing and toilet seat needs tightening. Parking lot is very small. People gather in the parking lot during evening hours and drink alcohol, you can tell they were out of town workers enjoying their beverages but it is just somewhat bothersome.

I really liked my Room on the 3rd floor. STAFF were very courteous. Good Location for where & WHAT I needed to get done on this exploring trip of Beaumont--hotel served its purpose--an overnite & rest before I drove NORTH in the Rain.

I thought that the Outside Area cd hv bn cleaned better.

It was a very great experience for a 2-star hotel The room was big and clean and has a lot of amenities, the location is great the breakfast was not much though It was a very good stay overall, I'd go there again

Easy to locate

On arrival, the receptionist chair seat and handles noticed having worn out upholstery. Not an impressive first impression and might be misconstrued as poor worker’s welfare.

For some reason the receptionist said that my reservation request on the Booking. Com Was no available for them to see 😢. I have a son with disabilities and I have request a Handicap room but went we got to the hotel my request was not on my reservation 😒
