It was a hotel on my way back to my destination. I did expect more. Parking was not what I expected but I was able to find one to accommodate my disability. The desk clerk didn't tell us anything we had to fin for ourselves. They ran out of some breakfast food too. I'm not sure if this property is owned by the desk clerk or her family but she had her child at the front desk and one was asleep she said she has a sleeping disorder.

Comfortable bed, room was clean, breakfast was surprisingly good with really good eggs and sausage links plus fruit. The front desk gentleman was pleasant and professional.

There is always something that could be better but the stay was fine and I would stay there again happily.

Everything. The staff was great, the room was great. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it to anyone and will definitely stay there again on our next trip

Great Location . Comfortable beds .

The room had a weird wet carpet smell. I took my own air freshener and lysol it still didnt help . The parking isnt great its almost as if the spots are smaller than they should be . vehicles were literally right next to eachother where getting in and out of your vehicle was tough and possible to get dings from someone hitting it with their car door .

We had car issues and had to stay overnight. We quickly booked our reservation to Quality as the location was great. Super friendly staff and was very concerned about our situation. Thank you for accommodating us so kindly.

Super friendly and helpful front desk people and other workers. Great king bed with 5 pillows. Very good breakfast but would have liked at least one juice type. Room like our close to front of motel are a bit noisy due to I-10 hwy close by. All in all, great stay as Hurricane Ida evacuees from Lafayette, LA. Will recommend to others and will stay at other Quality Inn in the future.

It was a great stay. It was very clean, bed very comfortable.will stay again if in beaumont again.

Not enough handicapped parking or parking period. People constantly in the halls talking loud Do not get a room on the first floor. People constantly in and out the back door.

There was a nice selection of Breakfast options. The Juice dispenser needs attention because my juice had some particles in it that were not Pulp from the Orange. The staff was friendly and management addressed all concerns promptly.

We evacuated from south Louisiana for hurricane Ida. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast each morning was always full and unlimited coffee. Just what we needed to start our day at such a stressful time.
