I picked this hotel specifically for the destination charger. There were two Tesla destination charges, with 3 covered spots available. All three stalls were occupied by two vehicles, both belonging to the staff. Luckily, the cord reached to the outside spot just fine so I was able to charge. I asked the desk and they said the Tesla under the shader was their own (not plugged in) so I imagine they would have moved it if I had asked. They were friendly and competent. Rooms and property was clean. Overall would recommend.

No complaints. Overall a good hotel. Glad I chose to stay there.

The staff was amazing, kind, and accommodating. There was a language barrier with the cleaning staff, but nothing Google couldn't translate. The pool was very clean and relaxing. The room was nice with PLENTY of towels and clean, crisp, fresh sheets.

We liked everything about the hotel. We plan to stay there again next time we visit. If I had to pick something to NOT like, it would be the amount of trash left in the parking lot- but that is more about the customers being crappy humans.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a good variety. Clean room. Comfortable beds and linen. Our double queen room was spacious with clean tiled floors, modern furniture and fixtures. I appreciated the pull down privacy blinds on rails preventing peep holes, and are very good at keeping light out as well. Wifi connected easily.

Traffic noise was a little loud, but the AC drowned out most of the noise. The room was a little humid and musty smelling even with the AC on. Upstairs foot traffic along the walkway was quite loud, but it quieted down by bedtime. The alarm clock, and the blow-dryer were broken and did not function. The iron worked, but was also broken. The lights in the bedside lamps were super cold white, and too bright. Okay for a desk maybe, but not bed lamps. A throw rug between the beds would be nice.

Really comfortable beds and hot showers. Guest laundry. Breakfast included.

The location was close to the airport, but a drive for everything else like the Sunrise Mall and most restaurants. And there were more than a dozen night lights ("vampire" red, blue, and white lights that won't turn off). I prefer a dark sleeping environment.

This Quality Inn was amazing. You would never imagine the comfort of the beds and the quality of the cleanliness, especially when we usually stay in more expensive hotels. This was an awesome location based on how close it is to South Padre Island and Boca Chica Beach. My kids loved the comfort of the beds, they were amazing.

There is nothing about this place, that would change my mind about staying there again. It was very pleasant and surprisingly clean.

Easy check in process, pet friendly, Clean room, cold A/C, friendly staff (Carlos was amazing, he came right away when we needed him). Outside of Property was very well maintained and kept up.

If you are in a 1st floor, you will hear everything above you.

Close to birding hot spots. Large room. Has been updated.

TV service was down due to cable issues. The cable company was working on the problem.

It provided the basics, and was good for what it is - a place to stay for a night. The one downside, due to tiled floors, we were able to hear (and were awakened) by our neighbors with their packing, walking, and conversation.

Noise reduction

The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Conveniently located to the international bridge and South Padre Island.

Breakfast. There was no variety. Stayed 4 days and they served the same thing everyday.

I like the staff were very friendly, the place was always clean and neat, quiet even though it is located on a major road. I did not hear loud noises from the outside like I expected to. Though it is one of those open hotels it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was more than adequate and quite delicious with a variety of choices. Well due to being an open hotel we had to walk outside to get to the breakfast room. Sergio checked us in, he did not give in to my attitude when I found out this was an open hotel, he was jovial and pleasant all through- thank you. Janie and Daniela were also awesome constantly asking if we had any other needs whenever we spoke with them or inquired for help.

I was quite sad that I did not notice the hotel was an open one in the pictures I reviewed as my husband and I automatically do not choose outside hotels, due to notice, bugs can easily get in through the doors and so on but this hotel exceeded my expectations. No bugs, doors, and windows appear soundproof- and am a light sleeper. The food was great. The staff was awesome.
