I highly recommend that you stay at this hotel, very comfortable to stay for many days, it feels calm, you sleep like a baby, everything is very quiet, it feels like being at home, it does not despair to be in the room, the internet connection is very good, very good channels on the tv everything is very comfortable the beds the pillows very clean it smells nice everything in order it is located in an area so accessible to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, clothing stores a beautiful town with a city with a variety for all kinds of people excellent friendliness of the hotel staff, they speak English and Spanish, I saw the camaraderie that they get along with each other..

Would have liked a wheel in shower for my husband. It was a little hard getting him in and out of the disability tub. But it was spacious enough to get his chair in and out.

Great location near restaurants. You could walk to a couple of them. It was close to attractions. Well-stocked pantry to purchase items from. Breakfast is available.

Our door lock failed to open after initial checkin due to dead batteries. Kudos go to the front desk employee who quickly tried to deal with it himself but then got help to fix it pretty quickly. We weren't locked out long. So, it is not really a dislike, just feedback.

The bed was very comfortable!

The only problem i experienced was that the light in the shower didn’t work and the bulb in the mirror was out. So the bathroom was a little darker than I would have wanted. Also there was no parking available.

Location great! walking distance to Walgreens & 2 good restaurants. Great staff!

Cleaniness needed a little attention like overflow of trash in common area, but nothing I would complain about. Lighting in restroom was a little dim.

Easy access location, staff is great, clean, rooms are spacious, rolling luggage carriers for ease in getting luggage to room and out at checkout.

not enough parking, bathrooms are cramped, breakfast good variety but not kept replenished including coffee.

The breakfast was the standard free hotel breakfast. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Night staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Walls were very thin. I asked for the sheets to be changed but instead they just remade the bed (there was a makeup stain so I could tell). Room was a tiny bit drafty but overall a good experience.

This hotel has free breakfast and easy on & off to the highway. This Best Western is my 1st time at one and I was very impressed. So clean! I just had a small encountered with the woman in the front desk was the rude one she was caucasian mid 20’s Late 20’s . I didn’t get a name or reported her. But everyone else was nice. So that outweighed my encounter with her. Everything was Great!

Check-in was easy and prompt. The room was spotless and stocked with all the necessary things. We were close to the front so I was worried about noise but no bother. Doug the bartender is ahhhhhhhhhhhhhmazing! Do yourself a favor and order Gumby's pizza at 2AM, YUM! We didn't stay for breakfast but they have fresh lemon water and good coffee available. Defitnitely would return!

Regardless of how almost perfect this hotel is, and was, I think $200 total for one night stay is high.

Convenience of location

Great place to stay very friendly staff only thing we had to ask house keeping for clean towels. House keeping only came 1 day out of the 5 days of our stay. Then one morning came at 8:30 I asked them to come back later and they did not. Over all very clean and would stay again.
