Pancakes were good. They were made by an automated machine. No mess and good idea for sanitary purposes.

Noise. Lots of families with kids (softball teams). Staying here every summer. It’s not the hotel it’s just people that need to learn hotel etiquette. You should walk softly and whisper in hallways. People let their toddlers run up and down the hallway as fast as their feet will carry them at 10:00 pm at night. No ice in the machine. Softball families load up their coolers and the machine runs out of ice early.

great location, clean, pet friendly, non carpet rooms.

the person who checked is in was lazy and not very friendly. she was annoyed we arrived and did not stop changing the many trash cans to check is in. she made us wait 10 mins at 11pm to check in. then she only told us where the elevator was. no other words offered or spoken. luckily the morning check out associate was friendly and apologized to us.

Very clean The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was not the usual cereal and muffins. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, bagels, juices and very good coffee. The only thing I needed in the room that was not provided was a microwave. My husband was to have surgery the next morning and had to be on a clear liquid diet for the day. I was counting on the microwave to heat broth But other than that the stay was very enjoyable.

Great accomodations! Clean, modern room. Friendly staff. Lots of amenities..gym, work area, fire pit seating area outside. Generous variety for breakfast. Lots of items available for purchase as well in the pantry area... snacks, candy, drinks, essential items. Would absolutely stay at a Tru property again!

Pillows were way too soft, not that big of a deal, but took three pillows bunched together to make an adequate pillow...

Facility is a great value. The property is clean, has easy access to highway and isn't too far from most of the cities attractions.

Empty soap dispensers left on shower wall. One of them fell off since it was empty and the ring where the bottle sits was disgusting. It has a thick sludge that had accumulated. Refrigerator in room also didn't work either. Also, most rooms had a "clean seal" but our room did not and I can only think that if the room had been properly reviewed before checking in, those things wouldn't have been a problem. Other than those issues, room was made up pretty well and wasn't dirty so we didn't request a room change

The breakfast,( oats was delicious), clean

Bed frame was too big, kept waking into it and bruising my legs, not much space in bed room ,fridge too small, and you had to request a housekeeper, for the price I'd have thought this would be included, plus no pool or sitting area outside, not enough lighting switches,

Very clean and never had any issues with any of the staff members. has decent spaces for work, gathering, and fun (giant jenga, connect four and fooseball tables).

Rooms were very small with no space to really put our belongings.

The big TV, the lighted mirror in bathroom and the squeeze bottles of soap and shampoo, etc. Plenty of plug-ins. The ecology mission.

The check in person did not wear a mask. Other staff we saw did. The room did not have the sanitary seal on it.. We did not have a full complement of towels - called office and they promptly brought.. The shower door did not close completely and water got all over the floor. The comforter was misshapen and did not make for a comfortable cover/blanket. Needed a separate light for the right side of bed. Juice at breakfast would have been nice.

It was a very small euro style room with nearly every square inch appropriated for furniture, storage, TV (huge 54") with more free premium cable channels then any hotel chain I've ever experienced. The bathroom seemed massive compared to the size of the room even though it only had a shower and not a bathtub.

The room had no microwave oven, so if you brought take out food back to your room as Covid-19 dictates and the food got cold, you're SOL. The lighting above the bed could use a dimmer switch, it's blinding. Also there was no covered area in front of the hotel to unpack your vehicle.

the Soap in the bathrooms were nice, smelled good, good quality, nice view from our room.

night shift staff didn't have mask on upon check in, and was also on FaceTime while checking guests in. very unprofessional. (Friday Dec 18th). Guests on the same floor as well as rooms above/below were very loud late into the night. Hearing loud bangs and voices as late as 3:30 am. Continental breakfast was ok. I'd say offer a bit more of a range. our room also had less than half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in and not a sufficient amount of towels, the shower was also dirty and had long black hairs in the drain and on the shampoo bottles. (i have short blonde hair)
