I stayed here 3 nights but didn't spend a while lot of time in the room. The hotel was inexpensive and the room was fairly clean and well decorated considering how old it is. Considering the age and price of it, I don't expect the upmost perfection. That said, the room didn't seem dirty in anyway. Staff was friendly and attentive. AC ran great.

The stairs going to the second floor were a bit rickety and the breakfast stopped unusually early (9am on weekdays at least).

I would never have chosen this motel by the look of it from the outside. When I drove up and drove around it's parking lot, I would have rated it a 3, but I had a guaranteed reservation as there was a University football game in town that night. I was VERY leery as I was walking to the VERY poorly marked front desk lobby area. When I entered the building the employee at the desk greeted me personally and cheerfully, She answered all of my questions (including whether my car would be safe parking there) and alleviated a lot of my most serious concerns. I soon found myself on the complete back side of the rear building opening my first floor room door, which led me into a nicely attractive king bed room. While it was obvious that the property was older, the room was very clean and comfortable. The outside of the property was NOT attractive. The swimming pool had a cover over it and the area was disheveled. The signage was terrible and the parking lot was not well maintained. My checkout was efficient. The clerk was just as friendly and capable as the check-in clerk had been. I would rate: Exterior appearance and signage: 3 Interior appearance: 8 Interior cleanliness: 9 Staff: 10 Overall, it was a good stay from a functionality standpoint. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great considering proximity to TAMU campus and Buffalo Wild Wings right next door for a late night snack after the game.

Breakfast was virtually nonexistent. Make your own waffles, cereal (Fruit Loops and Raisin Bran), yogurt. That was the entire selection.

One of the best rates in town; comfortable room, bathroom in good condition, excellent job by hospitality service; quiet; very friendly and courteous

not many options for breakfast -- all carbs :( booking.com lists a gym, but I didn't see one -- forgot to ask hope the pool will be open when it gets warmer

Breakfast was really good. M-F 6am-9am. Weekends 6-10. About 10 tables, so lots of seating. Hot waffles, cereal, toast, coffee, OJ, yogurt, fruit. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are showing some age, but overall I was pleased with it. Nice flat screen tv, mini frig and microwave. Lots of parking. Numerous restaurants very close to hotel. I would recommend.

Location was very close to A&M campus and central to a lot of restaurants. Good price for the accommodations.

You do get what you pay for in regards to the rooms. Firm beds, pretty generic bathroom, and the parking lot is also not the most well lit which can make the area seem a little shadier than it is.

The room was great, breakfast medium, clearness great, staff fantastic, some stuff in the room was not okay, chair for study desk had problem and very old, I requested to change it and they changed. One of the lamps was gone.

It Was In The Perfect Location That Makes You Feel Like Your Secluded From The City Even Though You’re Literally Right In The Middle! I Also Loved The Clean Room And Bathroom. The Beds Were Made Up Very Nicely And VERY Comfortable!

There Wasn’t Anything I Did Not Like About The Property

it was a good value for a quick 1 night stay. had everything we needed - hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, plenty of water pressure in the shower.

Was dated, but I expected that. Terrible coffee maker. A single cup Keurig would be a HUGE upgrade !!!

The room had microwave, hairdryer and refrigerator and a really big bed (3 people could sleep without problems). Place was roomy and water pressure was very good. Cleaning staff replaced towels and refilled shampoos and soaps everyday day. Pool was cleaned up daily.

In the page is indicated that there is a gym but there isn't. Breakfast was really simple: a 250ml bottle with a nutrition bar and a pastry every day. You could also take coffee. Anyway, it was more than enough for me.
