Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham College Station

This hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance of several restaurants and food eateries. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were super friendly. We actually forgot our daughter's kindle in our room, and they called us shortly after we left to let us know. I was so surprised--and grateful! Not a given nowadays! Thanks for the awesome service and stay, Hawthorne! We'll definitely be back!

Amazing customer service as you walk in the door. As soon as i told the receptionist that i had book the room for someone else, she took on her self to add the person into the paperwork in case something would had happen. She greeted us with a big smile, and had offered any assistance if needed. Thank you so much!

Reception staff great as well as checkout staff. Breakfast was good and clean.

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The ac said use wall thermostat but it never worked. Went to the unit and was able to adjust a overall this was a good experience

I liked the breakfast options, the room had a separate room, the towels are big, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they have water in the lobby.

I didn't like the high pet fee and we were given a room for the disabled, which we didn't ask. There was no place in the shower for us to put our stuff except on the floor.

I was in for 7 on 7 tournament at Veteran’s Park and the location was an easy drive. Room was clean and very nice. Front staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic, but fine.

Right at $200 for a one night stay was too pricey. Was in room 121 near a hallway door, so was woken up a couple of times with people coming in.

Room was very comfortable with great beds and AC. Breakfast great was amazing also. Hotel was close to several restaurant's which was nice. Easy access to Hwy 6 to get back to Houston. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice.

Hours for the breaskfast were posted a certain time. I double checked the hours twice to make sure my daughter could sleep in and get up with 30 minutes to spare to eat. The staff member said the hours were different due to COVID. However, the times for the hot breakfast in the rooms and in the eating area were posted with conflicting times. I showed the lady upon leaving. We needed a shower for our 91 year old mother. She needed a walk in shower and not a bathtub/shower.

I loved our stay! The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was set up in an easy grab and go set up. The beds had plenty of pillows and the air conditioner was nice and cold. Housekeeping kept us supplied with fresh towels and we were so thankful for a great stay.

The only issue we had was the TV was having some issues. The cable worked but the screen was blurry and scattered for about the first 30 minutes of watching TV. We eventually left the TV on because if we turned it off, the scattered screen would happen again. Minor inconvenience.

It was very clean. The staff at check in were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very cool and the bed was comfortable.

I could hear people talking in the morning - from the pool, maybe, or somewhere outside.

the room was perfect. the staff was perfect. absolutely no complaints. everyone was friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints with the hotel or staff. but I had a problem finding it after I left for dinner. when I called the hotel, I kept getting reservations which was no help.
