I loved the property itself. There was a lot to do, especially as a family with kids, that did not cost any extra. So that was nice. Everything was clean and organized. Anything that did cost extra was not badly priced at all. We ate at the grille for breakfast, it was pretty good food, not great, but decent. We definitely will return.

I hated the check in process. It was long and tedious and frustrating because the staff was very pushy about trying to get us to attend a timeshare meeting or push the time share option on us. After a long drive and finally getting to the resort I just want to check in quickly and move on to go enjoy my vacation. I do not want to be asked a million questions about what we’re doing and who were hanging out with and can I interest you in this $90 gift card but wait all you have to do is attend this meeting. No. Leave me alone. Let me check in and get to relaxing. If I would have known this was a time share resort I probably would have picked elsewhere. It took me saying I wasn’t interested multiple times for the guy to finally give me my room keys.

We loved the balcony. The big walk-in shower was amazing especially since I was not able the lift over to the bathtubs. That is a major plus. We will be back. loved the kitchen areas in both rooms. But the insulation was amazing didn't hear other rooms.

The floors were not clean in the bathroom when we got there. the kitchen where we were was not cabinet friendly. Could not reach the pots and pans. Then there were bowls and lids missing from pots. The T. Vs were not easy to work with. I got blisters trying to cut up food with those dull knives and had to go and buy a knife sharpener.

The location of this property was very nice. We were across the main highway, but we had a very nice view from the second floor. We were vacationing with our adult children. Having a separate room for the married kids was nice bonus compared to the traditional hotel. The living area was nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The only negatives were the coaches were older and stained and the kitchen cupboards were in rough shape. If I was a time share owner of this unit, I would be disappointed with its condition. But for an average hotel unit, it was in fair shape.

staff was very helpful, loved all the actives and the main 2 pools were clean. The pool close to our condo was closed so we had to dive up to main one each time but it wasn't a big deal. There was 500 stairs to get to our room that was not expected and was pain. décor was out dated in our room and the carpets need replaced. but over all we will stay here again. I was told they are in the process of updating all the rooms with in the next 2 yrs they will be complete. We had a few refunds they had to complete and it was an easy process.

to many stairs to our condo but they have some on the ground level. We got double charged for the security deposit and they refunded that with no issue but the bank took forever to process and we still haven't got it back, and the river tickets they sold us were no good and they refunded that as well witch went back on my card.

Lake view was pretty even though water levels were low. We enjoyed the pool, mini golf and white tail deer tour. The food there was good and convenient but expensive.

Bed wasn't comfortable. All pools were overly packed in the evening. Went for s'mores and lines were too long so went back to our room. Need an additional area for s'mores. No kayaking due to low water levels

I felt like I was at home Spacious Clean everything I needed in the fully equipped kitchen Washed all our dirty clothes before packing to head home Loved that I was minutes away from tue grocery store, the marina! The pool areas are so enjoyable with music, food and drinks!! This Resort will definitely be our go to when in this area!!

I liked it all

The "villas" which aren't actually villas, but 3 story apartment complexes were comfortable, newly renovated with small kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Good place as a home base for hill country exploration.

No lake access and from much of the property you can't even see it. Property is big and spilt into multiple sections on two sides of a major highway. If you are in one of the "villas" away from the main complex you need to drive to get there safely. Making most of the amenities an extra trip to use and meant they never got used for us.

Great location, lots of activities for the family. Close to Shops Grocery store and Lake. Everyone was friendly and there was enough towels for everyone. Very quiet and relaxing. We stayed on the top floor and the view from the balcony was amazing. Will go and stay here everytime when I want to take some time to relax!

Everything was Awesome! No complaints.

I wish all the different locations had the same activities…having to go to the main clubhouse for events can be inconvenient when they cancel the scheduled event and don’t inform all of the different locations….my group was looking forward to the snow-cones, we showed up and it had been canceled…

Great pools. Lots of seating areas. Mini Golf course is awesome! Rooms are spacious with a great little balcony. We loved our stay there as a family!

The playground was a little further away from everything and seemed a little abandoned. Pool next to it was closed too.
