Dry friendly staff, great location and scenic.

There was a coffee maker but no coffee in the room. It is not a big problem, but you have to bring your own towels.

Dirty walls in bathroom and ceiling. Too soft/ uncomfortable beds. Required to clean own dishes in cabin…. with a very dirty dish brush. Didn’t have train running, arcade games swallow quarters and pool closed (80° in December).

The scenery. The river behind the lodge was a surprised! Then there's the Wild West building scene within the premises. There was just so much more to the place than just cabin. The location was very close to dining places, activity centers and picture perfect spots yet the atmosphere within 7a Ranch feels you drove to a remote area. I sent pictures to my friends and they are now planning to stay here in August. The staffs..Very helpful The cabin..very quaint, clean For the price, I would come back to Wimberley with friends and still choose 7A Ranch.

We set the airconditioning unit to 63 but it feels like 76, woke up in the middle of the night coz the room feels warm. Unfortunately, we only stayed overnight so the facility didn't got the chance to address this.

From the very beginning to the end, from the staff to the state to the amenities, I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a good getaway

The room was clean, close to Blanco river, and quiet. Sort of Wild West atmosphere. Good internet and air conditioning.

You can tell that building is old. The doors get stuck. I was constantly afraid that I will not be able to open the front door next time around. The lock is completely worn. The tiny fridge has never been defrosted since the time it was brought in there. All frozen.

My older mother on a walker and I went and the staff was very accommodating. The view of the river is wonderful and we loved walking through the old town.

The bathroom and shower are very small but was not a major issue.

The view, beds are comfortable. You are provided everything you need. Room is clean. Staff very friendly.

Parking. You need a SUV or truck. Some spots are hairy for a car.

We stayed in the Pioneer Inn, at the 7A Ranch, that was connected to the western town. Great location! We loved the comfort of the room. Our check in/out was done by text messaging and was so easy. The staff was on top of things at all times. Everything was in close proximity such as the lodges and cabins. The Blanco River was just steps away. The geese kept us on our toes when we walked down by the river....lol. The Wimberley shops and restaurants were just a couple of miles away. We visited The Blue Hole and Jacob's Well during our stay. We would definitely stay again at the 7A Ranch.

I'm not going to say that I didn't like anything simply because we were looking for somewhere to get away for a few days. 7A Ranch met all of our expectations for this short trip. We walked away with many fun memories.

The staff was really friendly. They fake town is really cute for pictures. I loved that they have a pool!

I loved our stay! Very family-oriented and beautiful areas. Love the old town and the museum was amazing. Workers are very friendly and supportive. Will come years and years again.

They need to fix a few of the displays. Example: 1 of the displays had the characters with not hair including the children. C You have an amazing old town, just needs to be cleaned up a little!
