Loved the hospitality, cleanliness, and atmosphere!!! The visit was so beautiful. I would definitely recommend to the family. Planning another trip back. Absolutely loved it. Have to mention again hospitality was wonderful. Thank you for a beautiful time!!!

Loved everything about everything. The visit was so perfect.

The location is just beautiful to wake up to. The lake is right in your face! it’s quiet and deer are on your steps. it would be a great place to stay if you are enjoying the lake or exploring Canyon Lake! it is close to some amazing restaurants, food trucks, and bars. Parking is easy and close to your door.

The site is under construction right now (April 2022) It is not horrible, just changes your path to your room and isn’t beautiful. Also I booked a room which stated two bedroom. It ended up being one bedroom, bunk beds in the hallway and a pull out couch in the living room area. I still enjoyed my stay. just letting you all know.

No one on-site to help you when you arrive after hours, just on the phone. No signs telling you which building is which. Trash was left on the porch next door so we could not use our back porch and picnic table due to the massive amount of flies.

Easy access to the lake (cove) , supplies were easy to be delivered to us daily. We were able to grill dinners every night.

Property was great. we loved how the grass was cut, and our view was better than years past when we visited. The only complaint we had, was the kitchen faucet would spray water out everywhere as soon as you turned it on. It need some maintenance on it.

I really enjoyed my stay it was very relaxing, the staff is on top of everything if I needed something they were there and made sure everything was good to go. also my daughter's loved that the deers were so friendly! I will be coming back!

Location was perfect! Gorgeous river a few steps down, was actually deeper than we thought, which was nice for swimming. Beds were very comfy and the cabins were bigger than expected or compared to other reviews. My family was so pleased with our stay, we will definitely be booking again this coming winter!

Everything was great, I only have a tip for future families staying here. we didnt wake up early enough to feed the deers (which is on us). So make sure to feed them early, or go around the site looking for them, there are plenty.

The location was beautiful and very convenient to go out to get things and swim. Absolutely loved it, definitely would come back! This trip has even convinced me to possibly move into the area, it's so peaceful.

The room suite was so cute and comfortable! The view on from the deck overlooking Canyon Lake was stunning! Called for assistance eith support staff with an issue and got a response quickly!

The coffee could be better.

We asked for more towels and a different coffee maker and the lady was very nice and helpful. Love the view.

No tv in bedroom. Wi-Fi was very slow.

Big rooms. Clean, comfortable. Love the location. Peaceful. Nice view of the lake. Big rooms. Lots of wildlife. Eight deer walked right up to the building. Kittens, peacocks and ducks to complete the menagerie.

The room numbering system. I was told I am in room 204. The number outside the room was 4. Not a big deal.
