The room was equiped with a few ammenity's (microwave, fridge, and cabinets) that helped our 4 day stay. That allowed us to bring snacks to our room so that we didn't have to purchase a lot of restaurant food.

The next day after arriving at hotel, we were out doing some shopping for a few hours. We left about 9:50 am and returned about 2:00pm and our room had not been cleaned. We talked to the person at front desk and they explained about the amount of rooms that needed cleaning but they would be coming around soon. I then informed the person at front desk that we needed to get ready for a celebration in a few hours and needed to clean up. She asked if I would like to get towels at that time but I said we would need someone to empty the garbage also. She then asked if I would like her to call someone and I said yes. The person she called came to replenish supplies and empty the garbage with in about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. And we didn't have that problem the rest of our stay.

Room was really nice as was the whole hotel. Staff were all nice and very accommodating. Offered more towels and asked if the could help with anything everytime we saw one of them. Pool was great for the kids.

Wish breakfast would have been included. Hot water ran out quickly.

We stayed in room 106 and no iron and the floor was dirty, I booked it on Booking.com I told me I was paying cash when I arrived so around 2 pm they took the money off my card ,and I had call the hotel and ask if I could pay cash they said yes but you would have to pay a $100 deposit, so charge my card after I ask to pay cash

The location was excellent for our immediate needs. Very close to the family we were visiting. Excellent location for restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast wasn't as good as I've had before, but okay.

Entire staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. Room was huge and comfortable. A/C worked great. It was very quite for being so busy. Breakfast was simple but good.

Location in Cedar Hill was an A+++++. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I enjoyed a hot breakfast with healthy choices like yogurt and fruit. The dining room was spacious and clean.

More options for the breakfast, and the towels to be thick and soft. Towels are thin and rough.

Big issue... My prepay to hold my room when booking (even though I paid for it with a different card when I checked out) is still holding on my bank account. It has been 6 days since I checked out and my money still has not been released. I NEED that money to pay bills. Very disappointed in the length of time it is taking to get that money back in my account. I have stayed at several hotels this summer that do not even ask for a cc to hold a room... wonderful to avoid all this hassle.

The only thing we didn't like is, before we took a shower it was left over hair in the tub and of course we cleaned it before we proceeded. Please make sure your staff checks behind themselves when cleaning the bathroom.

The breakfast set up and presentation was wonderful. Ms. Caroline was very friendly and professional. I told her I was only there because my a/c in my house went out. I would definitely recommend because of the breakfast presentation. Thanks Ms. Caroline.

Amazing, beautiful, spacious room. Awesome pillows, comfortable bed. Very clean, smells nice. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. Great location. Pool, hot tub. Pet friendly.
