Beautiful hotel and lobby. Minimalist decor which suits us very well. We needed a place for a gathering of four people for about an hour and the seating areas were very good for that. Staff was very helpful

For a summertime stay the comforter was very heavy. Only one cup for coffee maker had to ask housekeeping for more. Gritty bottom on tub, intended to minimize slipping Im sure, but didnt feel ok on bare feet. One FUNNY thing. One of the small pictures above the bed was hung sideways. A test, perhaps?🤣🤣

Room was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming

The location. Being on the interstate at the corner of a cross street there were alot of homeless and unsavory appearing people wandering nearby. I didn't see anyone on the property that caused any concern. Being unfamiliar with the area, I was uncomfortable outside after dark. I had to park in the back and moved my vehicle as soon as possible. I didn't see any security wandering the grounds

We loved the spaciousness of the room. We were a family of five and the room was big enough to accommodate us comfortably. We enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the room, along with comfortable beds, with plenty of pillows.

The gentleman who check us in was very courteous, patient, and accomodating. I noticed how he calmly attended to each guest and didn't rush or half-ass things, even when it got busy. I wish I could say the same about the other staff member, (a lady). She was not very welcoming or approachable. Also, cleaning was slow, in our opinion. We left early on Saturday morning and did not return until 3-4 pm and our room was still the same. We had to request extra towels.

I loved the greeting from the staff each time I entered the door. They called me by name. The black guy at the desk was very nice and always smiling. Patrick was very nice and helpful. The white male that worked at night was also very friendly.

We let the sofa bed out, there was nasty sheets just stuffed down in there, we lifted up the mattress and there was trash and lots of dead black beetle bugs under the sofa. Obviously they wasn't cleaning under the sofa, and there was only 1 elevator working

The breakfast was great and the young lady(with short colored hair) always offered a greeting with a smile. I value attention to detail and she has it and I may be wrong but I think she likes her job- at least that's the vibe she gave us the 3 days we were there. I appreciated the cook preparing our vegetarian omelets. There were always perfect. That gave our experience personal touches. Also, we enjoyed the honey-glazed salmon over rice pilaf with veggies as a dinner option. Oh my, that was so good. The atmosphere was enticing and the property (inside and out) was clean and well kept. The upgrades look good, really good-very modern. Everyone was so attentive and gave great service.

The fact that there is not a tip jar available to show appreciation for the restaurant employees. I asked for an additional pillow, but the employee couldn't access one after 10p.

Location, room size, amenities and it was clean.

Two days before my arrival I notified the hotel I would be using a different card at check in. I was messaged back confirming that would be ok. Upon arriving I handed my card to the Front desk lady and she still charged the other card and for way over the correct rate. Manager reimbursed the difference and gave me the correct rate but they couldn’t take it off my card and put it on the correct card. And I still haven’t gotten the credit back yet for the difference in rate.

The room was excellent

The fact that got changed twice for breakfast one 11 65 I think another charge 13 for what ever reason that was a charge for and wasn’t told about it at the time I was there eating breakfast I could have been told me they charged extra didn’t mean to but didn’t I had to find out when I looked at my statement when I got home plus I thought breakfast was free that’s what it said when I booked it

.Check in was rough. Quoted price on booking was not what desk staff was charging. Was all over the place with price...after a back and forth I ended up paying $30 more? He didnt seem to know how to add numbers. Only real issue with our stay. Shower wasnt great.

Web site says free continental breakfast but they charged for the breakfast and the price of the room was inflated.

some of the bathing towels still had old stains on it. I don’t know if it was the lighting, but bed lining looked not as white as it should.
