Hampton Inn & Suites Duncanville Dallas, Tx

The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely informative. The rooms were beautifully kept and extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was exceptional (coffee always hot, even after breakfast = PLUS) and I LOVED how they had water bottles present at the front desk always for guests to grab at their own free will.

The only thing I found odd was that the bathrooms in the room had big pump shampoo, conditioner, and lotion; although I always bring my own products, I have never seen this before as typically hotels provide small, disposable products. I’m sure it’s to make the guests feel more welcomed, at home, and as though they have more product to use, but I was curious as to how that works with guests changing daily as far as cleaning them, replacing them, etc. but no biggie AT ALL.

Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable! Clean bedding, comfy pillows, Etc The decor was actually nice, inviting. 😁 Nice large smart tv - my son enjoyed - with his gaming system. Secure - well lit (and plenty of ) parking space. Police drove thru - security checks - several times during our stay, felt safe on premises. All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy off/on interstate but not too close - traffic and/or noise level was no issue.

There was nothing I didn't like. If I were going to make any suggestions it would be to have one (non invasive) light on wall opposite of beds.

The staff was very accommodating. I called in to make sure my room had a roll in shower and was moved to a room on the first floor. The fact that there was a washer and dryer on site made my stay even better. No dirty clothes to take home.

The pool was like ice even though I used it and I thought that my room would be cleaned everyday automatically, it wasn't. As a matter of fact it didn't get cleaned until I left. It would have been nice to know that I was going to be charged an extra $20 per day for incidentals when I booked so I could have been prepared for that expense, even though it was returned to my card.

Room was clean and had a refrigerator and AC worked well. Loved the double blinds in the room. Loved the free waters, coffee, breakfast and wifi. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of Parking available and things nearby.

Shower was a little dirty in the corners for some reason and there were sticky parts on the floor in our bathroom for some reason. They were there before we checked into the room. We did not alert staff as it was not really an issue for us.

The breakfast could have been a little more exciting. I would say there was a lack of protein at the time we decided to go have breakfast. I’m not sure if they were out of certain items. But overall it was great. Also, the staff was amazing. Very, very friendly.

The walls are a little thin. My mother-in-law had a difficult time sleeping the first night. You could hear people talking out in the hallways and also the doors to other guest room opening and closing. Other than that, everything was great.

The woman working on the food service is exceptional. Customers had access to a limited buffet. Food was constantly refreshed. Kierra is very professional and courteous at the check-in

The night receptionist was not courteous. We had problems with the tv in our room and arrangements were made to switch our room the following day. When we returned to the hotel after being out for the day we arrived to check into the new room. I tried to explain only to be cut off saying we are sold out, no rooms are available. After going back and forth, obviously not believing me, she said she would call manager who informed her that I was correct and the Information was left on the desk in front of her with my name on it.

The Staff was extremely kind and courteous to me! For example, I was treated with dignity and respect.. Especially, when I was unaware of extra charges that secured any damages to the room, initially.

I didn't have a variety of restaurants, to choose to enjoy.!

I was WOW’d by the Friendliness of the staff- Our first encounter was with Keisha who checked us in. She was so full of cheer it was almost contagious. She really made us feel WELCOME to not only the property but to the State of Texas. Our visit was to celebrate the granddaughter “2” year Birthday Celebration. We also want to recognize- Judi, the Breakfast Hostess; KeKe, Front Desk; Patrick P. in Housekeeping who showed us how to use the coffee maker😂 and was very knowledgeable having only been there seven days, he was Great as well in being so kind. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was impeccably clean, roomy and beautifully decorated.

My ONLY displeasure was that upon checking in I requested NO HOUSEKEEPING for my room during my stay, and yet EVERY morning Housekeeping was knocking at my door.

The receptionist Kierra was very very polite and friendly 😀. She was very patient and willing to work with me and with our room situation. The staff who came and cleaned the room was very nice and friendly. Whatever we needed which wasn't much they were very helpful and willing to make it happen without any issues

When I arrived and got into my first room it was dirty and hair and toe nails clippings were left all over the room literally and spoiled milk and carrots were left in the mini refrigerator in the room 🤦🏾‍♀️. The 2nd room I was moved to had hair everywhere and the sinks were not clean, however one of the staff came and cleaned it while we were in there waiting to unpack.

The Price was RIGHT; the staff was AWESOME; the room was Spectacular- I was upgraded to a Junior Suite from a Standard Queen. I LOVED every minute of being on the property- Kudos to…Mr. Robert (GM); “Dr. Dysh”, (the Front Desk Agent with Style); Ms. Charita the Breakfast lady (she is so Great)

There is nothing I can say that was disappointing to my stay
