the room was spacious clean and comfortable. the pool although we didn’t use looked clean and has a beautiful rock waterfall. the location was near other businesses that were all useful.

the parking lot was in need of some care and was a little small. the staff didn’t seem to communicate well; we asked for a late checkout and there was a shift change between then and our late checkout time. they knocked and called twice to confirm when we were checking out.

the size of the king suite was perfect for my husband, me, and our baby’s pack-n-play. the cost was worth what we got.

The hotel is behind other businesses on the feeder road, so at night when we checked in, it was hard to see where to turn in. we missed our turn and had to turn around. I thought the bed was a little lumpy/not the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on; I tossed and turned all night.

This hotel has an excellent location. I walked across the street to Chili's and could've walked to Roadhouse and Kroger had I wanted to. Across the freeway is a Walmart and shopping centers are one and two exits north. Breakfast was good but I had hoped for fresh brewed coffee even though there is a small coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast was good--omelets, biscuit and sausage gravy, sausage and bacon. Milk and cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, pancake maker, bagels...I had hoped for fresh brewed coffee even though there is a small coffee maker in the room.

The breakfast was great and totally hit the right spot. The staff was beyond helpful and courteous. The comfort, cleanliness, and value was right on point and top notch. I would definitely stay here again anytime I travel to Conroe in the future!

I have nothing to complain about. Absolutely everything was above and beyond any expectations. Bext Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at so far!

breakfast is a buffet a very satisfying one with biscuits, sausage gravy, omelets, scrambled eggs, fruit, muffins, cereal few other options. milk and juice of course the coffee could have been stronger. they need that option for strong coffee drinkers

they need two benches out front not just one. you can't enjoy sitting if the only bench is already occupied

everything was great! great breakfast, nice pool, ice machines on every floor, Nice rooms!

the ceiling/floors needed to be insulated better, meaning it was very noisy to hear people above you. But that’s mostly standard in a hotel.

Breakfast was amazingly delicious, location was so close to my sisters house, that’s the reason why I booked this location. I loved the pool and everything that came along with the room.

clean and the pool was nice. restaurants nearby and grocery store.

The pillows on the bed or horrible. We were happy with our state other than the pillows.

The room seemed very humid and l had to wear socks because the carpet seemed damp and cold. Also, the toilet wouldn’t flush.

The staff was very nice and helpful! Rooms were large,clean and comfortable!

The TV didn't have an option for YouTube or other streaming services.
