Everything was really good. I walked in and was like OK COMFORT INN, I SEE YOU. It was not what i expected in a very good way. I checked in, and the GM was answering phones. She was sweet and funny. I loved that Stacy was her name, I believe. I would definitely come again. My hubby works in Conroe. I could see this being a little couples weekend place, yassss. The room was very clean, and im a person who won't stay anywhere. If it was not good, i would have said F that money and left, and i dont have a lot of money, so you know i dont play. IHOP in parking lot, but other food places are literally 3 to 5 minutes away. We tried Crust Pizza, and it was really good. The free breakfast was so good I ate about 4 of those little omlettes lol and the make your own waffles good as well. They had coffee tea juice, and it was good. I recommend the COMFORT INN THANK YALL I'LL BE BACK🥰🤩😘

We have stayed many times in the past when the hotel was under a different name and ownership. We were hesitant to book another stay because, although the rooms were always clean, the hotel as a whole was dated, and in dire need of a renovation. We decided to book again because of the location. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had a new name and was under new ownership. The hotel has been totally renovated. The entire structure was taken down to its studs and everything in it is brand new. The also painted the outside, added an enclosed seating area and updated the pool area as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent room & bed & breakfast. We loved that the room had no carpets! The room was very clean, came with a microwave and mini-fridge. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed everything offered at the breakfast with the exception of the eggs. They were a little to soft/watery for our tastle. Everything else was excellent.

I liked the hard floors in the room. No creepy carpet. The shower with shower doors was nicer than a shower curtain. The shower might be a bit narrow for a larger person to turn around. Looks like the hotel had a recent remodel. Everything looked new.

I am not a fan of the sink location. You open the door to the room and the first thing you see is a sink. The light from the sink shines to the bed. So in the middle of the night you have to wash your hands you are waking up the person sleeping. i guess it is ok if you have the room to yourself. Also getting your luggage in the room is tight with the sink right at doorway. Better if the door would open the other way toward the closet.

Very nice staff. They are in the middle of remodeling, but the rooms they are using are already done. They are so nice. Very clean, and the bed was prob the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on! The only thing I would say is the smoking policy, they are super strict about it, which isn't bad, but they should disclaim all about it on the site when booking. This didn't change anything about the facikity itself, so Other than that, I would definitely give it 9 stars.

You have to sign a paper, that if caught smoking any where around there, it was a $250 fine. They are super strict on the smoking. Which I get since they are doing a remodel, but they should disclose this information when booking. My husband never smokes inside, anywhere, but he does like to walk around outside to smoke and could not do that here. Other than that, this place is exceptional!

Breakfast was ok. I did not like the scrambled eggs. It felt as if you were eating eggs soaked in water. But everything else was good. Need more toasters.

I didn't like the fact that there was a lady yelling in her room next to ours. She was having an argument with someone on the phone and we could hear her conversation.

It’s was clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms were spacious and relaxing. They had it smelling nice in there too. Lots of towels for everyone to take showers.

The bed was a little hard and I the pillows were too. But that’s just me.

There wasn't a stopper in the sink and it was clogged with something that fell inside. The tub wasn't too clean and there were chipped away parts in the tub. The light in the bathroom is connected to the vent which is extremely loud and annoying. We used the light by the sink and left the door opened to keep from turning on the bathroom light and listening to the vent roar! The hotel just need some updates. Repaint the elevator which shouldn't be hard since it's the only one.

Everything looked and felt clean when you walked in. The bed was very spacious and softer than most hotels we have slept in. There was a pool if we had time I would have loved to go swimming.

We had some issues with the key card getting in the room sometimes it didn't want to work. The water pressure could be better but we were on the 4th floor

Very clean. No couch area for our extended stay was the only thing we wish we had. Very nice staff and location was great for us.

Wish there was a more comfortable sitting area because we were there for a 4 day stay and really needed one throughput day.
