We were fascinated by the hotel, the old photographs of the hotel are hanging up, so we were able to find out more about the hotel. Everything was fine, really TOP, especially the location, view, private beach. We love it!

We could not believe that the pool was covered. Too bad, maybe you should have roof removed again. Breakfast was okay, but in the dark room... not very inviting. But that did not really bother us. And as some people have already written, windows should be cleaned and some repair work should be done. Otherwise the hotel is great.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly after checking in! We loved the view from our room and the location right on the beach was immaculate ! The room was very updated and clean.

The only part that needs a little upgrade would be the halls, and better maintenance on the outdoor trash cans which were over flowing and smelly. But overall a fantastic experience!

The location was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and iconic views. Short distance from the aquarium and other attractions. The hotel would give out complimentary lemonade. The hotel did have a lot of entertainment opportunities. The bar staff was amazing.

The rooms had no lights in the rooms aside from the bathroom. The rooms were basic in decor based on the price paid. The lighting around the hotel was gloomy though. One can understand why it’s expensive to stay there but you do expect a modern hotel look with a hefty price tag. You also have to pay parking and hotel accommodation fees apart from the room booking which was ridiculous given it’s already expensive. You are paying for location, nothing else.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were super neat and tidy. Nothing was out of order. Overall fun experience, and having a decent size pool provided plenty of room for us, our guests, and the other customers and their groups.

There were a few people that would commonly block the driveways, parking their vehicles in the intersection in front of the pool by the office. This isn't the fault of the establishment, but it was a really annoying problem. Fortunately, all the other customers were friendly as well, and everything was relatively quiet all around.

Breakfast was alright. It was like a complimentary breakfast at a normal hotel with hot eggs sausage and bacon it's pretty much something different but it was still good. My hotel room was nice he worked great there's two beds they're so comfortable the sheets were nice that a table with TV with lots of channels and then you walk out the sliding door and it's straight to the pool and the pool goes to the deck and it has a bar and then the the view of the beach was amazing. The beach did have a lot of trash needs to be cleaned up a little bit but did you have exceptional parking it's included in the room price and you're right down the street from everything when you're directly right there on the shoreline it's great.

The beach was dirty and there's a glass everywhere. And the breakfast wasn't included so you had to pay $14 for breakfast per person so that really wasn't good but that's all I can say was bad.

Dirty on beach which is a private beach property I assumed that the beach would be taken care of a lot better…lots of cigarette butts, Lots of trash that came in off the beach from the water, Coke cans, beer cans, trash cans were overfilled you couldn’t even put your trash in there…the bathrooms in room 3021 was still dirty urine on the bottom of the toilet, like urine was still wet looking we just put down towels on top of it so we didn’t touch it and wish I would’ve taken pictures… we cleaned with Clorox wipes

Its value, its location, most of the staff were great....polite, respectful and eager to help or answer our questions. It was GREAT that the staff accomadated us early in the morning so we could park our vehicles in the lot and attend nearby events. THANKS👍

The guy working the outside tiki bar....he was loud, rude and disrespectful towards myself and another gentleman there who was with his kids to watch the air show. This guy has no business working in the customer service profession.....his demeanor definitely turned off alot of people there that day. He needs to GO!👎

Pool and the fact you could walk right on the beach. I also liked the fact it had a restaurant on site. I also liked that it had a bar on site.

The beachfront location was perfect. We had a second floor king room with a sea front view. Hotel had an awesome staff especially the concierge who let us see the room before booking it. Room was spacious and included all the necessities. Bed was comfortable. Ocean view and sounds were phenomenal.

Breakfast was a little confusing. First day had a complimentary small buffet and coffee. Second day, the buffet was purchase for a very nominal fee. They seemed to play it by ear and can be confusing for some guests. Coffee is always free though. Regardless, the food was good. I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom barndoor style. It had a big gap which may be a problem for some. No other complaints.

Love that there was a Bar and Grill with Live music, beach was right in front of the Hotel and Breakfast buffet was Amazing!

The Bayside View Really Needs A Elvator for the ones who stay on the top floor because those stairs are horrible for the ones who have bad Knees like Myself and My sister in law has Cancer in the knee and walking Up and down the stairs was hard but we managed to have a wonderful Stay! Please look into getting a Elavator for the ones who need it! Thank you
