We arrvied around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, woke up Wednesday and requested maid service (per the sign on the mirror in the bathroom). At 3:00 when we returned our room had not been cleaned. Went to the front desk and was told by the staffer that I needed to give a "24 Hour" notice. No where does it say that and I told him, not to mention, the lady I spoke with when requesting, never informed me of it. He said he would request again but that it was not guaranteed. We returned after dinner and our room was nicely cleaned. I am glad it worked out but he needs to be advised that is incorrect. You don't tell customers that there is a "24 Hour" notice to have your room cleaned. Never heard of that one!!

to be paying that much for the shower head to be leaking having the whole bathroom flooded and also for the remote controls to barely work. also if we have to pay for parking make sure you have enough parking space so we can actually park close to the hotel and not in the shopping center parking. breakfast do not serve all pancakes at one time if you don’t have them in a warmer because they get cold….. those need to be cooked to order like omelette or have a pancake or waffle maker

When checking in clerk was uninformed about local taxi service and couldn’t be bothered to check. Your shuttle service needs an overhaul. Guests should take priority over your park and fly customers. Requested a shuttle when making reservations and at check in… and didn’t have one to take me to the airport. The AM clerk was gracious enough to call me a taxi and get me to the airport on time… this was very frustrating at 5am.

N/A I saw very little of the property as we checked in late and left very early the next morning. the only downside was the atrium design. there were large groups of children that were making lots of noise which could be heard everywhere due to the atrium. I did appreciate that hotel staff made an announcement at some point asking parents to have their children return to their rooms as they were disturbing other guests.

Breakfast was good as usual…I love the way the omelette s are made and how they have great hot food options

The parking price was 12 dollars and I didn’t like how they took the hot tub away and made the pool on size it makes it uncomfortable for the ones who can’t swim or have children

The pool was closed during our entire stay and during our visit the temp topped 100 degrees 3 of the 5 days we were visiting.

Location was solid. Love Field wasn't loud at all and gave the kids something to look for while driving around. Several restaurants and a nice craft beer place within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was great and room was spacious.

Pool was closed for 2 of the 4 days we were there. There was no spa, it had been filled with cement? There is still no Manager's Social...but there is a buffet breakfast so why? Save money? Conversations and doors echoed a quite a bit late in evening while the kids were sleeping, it was tolerable. Parking limited and small spaces at $12/day, so add that to your expenses!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a great continental breakfast. The rooms were a great size with a living room area with tv and a bedroom area with tv. Loved that it was decorated for the holidays.

They charge for parking. The restaurant wasn't that great. One of our tv controllers was broken. It's right behind the airport and you can hear the planes coming in and taking off.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet. Yes we could hear the planes but it wasn’t loud at all. You’re right next to the airport, so of course you’re going to hear planes. We had a nice view too.

We are a family of 5 and they only had 4 pillows in the room. We called and requested a couple more and they said they’d send them right up. They never showed up. They also should provide more towels. I didn’t bother calling for more since I never got the pillows.
