I left my laptop and my son left his remote control car and it took us more than a day to figure out they were both missing and the staff took pictures of everything in the room that was left and they had available for me as soon as I was able to come pick it up, they were great!! tip your housekeeper. Please leave a tip for the housekeepers. They work hard!!! The beds are standard full-size beds if you get a double which are ok but i tend to like a little bit more cushion but for the price it was just right

Bed comfort

I liked that the property is close to the American Airlines Center!! Great for events. The staff is amazingly nice and courteous. The janitorial staff is especially amazing. The rooms are SPOTLESS!

The beds were a little hard. Not for everyone. Next time I will just bring a mattress topper for cushion! Lol

property was very clean and the housekeepers and staff were very nice. Rooms are budget friendly and in all was a very clean motel. Security was also on this location which was awesome so we had peace of mind.

There was people that urinated outside on the stair so it smelled like pee very unpleasant my last night there it was a man who kept standing by my door trying to talk to me then making up a lot of noise by my door . But the overall visit was great and I will return when my job have me in town.

I liked the room and how it was set up and how spacious it was…it was really nice!

Maybe there could have been some weekly deals or monthly ones…. Or breakfast would have been really nice! I wasn’t too crazy about the area because there were a lot of night-people hanging around outside but as for the hotel it was pretty nice!

super clean, very very comfortable, and the size of the room was abundant! Very surprised at cleanliness and comfort of room. The outside of the facility was well kept and lovely. No complaints!

A lot of kids wondering around (Adult less). A couple couples arguing but nothing serious.

The cleanness, how comfortable we were and the pool was extra clean! This is the BEST MOTEL 6 we have ever been too and would be returning!!

it was very close to the event so I really enjoyed that, the staff was very nice and helpful.

the room smelled like smoke and the towels were very small and thin. The location wasn’t the best but it was near where we needed to be.

I like the fact that I could get checked in fast and the lady at the desk was friendly.

The location is not the best due to construction going on nearly, but other than that it is secluded and not a lot of riff raff.
