The bed, housekeeping, the cable, location, price, the night shift front desk people were great.
The pool was empty, the hot tub was empty , the business center was closed. I needed 5 email printed out and they gave me the address to send them then told me they never came through. They thought they were magically supposed to come out of the fax machine, then when they figured it out they told me they couldn't print them cause it had to have long paper to print these emails. All they had to to was print them on more than one page. I feel like they did not want to make the effort to print them. If the business center would have been open this could have been avoided.

The staff at the front desk was very pleasant got me checked in a little early.
That the pool and hot tub and workout area was closed because of COVID. The wash towels were stained.

The staff was kind & quick at check in was very clean the Bar on property was a plus we didn’t have to leave to have a drink
My room had 2 doors to enter one was facing the freeway at ground level we could hear cars all night

My room was on the fourth floor, I didn’t know that until I arrived, I ask could I change my room to the first floor without any problem they changed it and I had a prefect view# happy customer

The locks on the room doors didn’t work. I had to push the couch up to the door. You could smell weed all in the hallways.
