The location is great one. The housekeeping was great. The front desk was friendly, once you get to know them. There is a mini fridge and micro-oven. The restaurants are in walking distances. It's literally down the street from the Lancaster Movie Theater, Quick trip, Waffle House on the same side. There's a Kroger's shopping center across the street., and a Cracker Barrel. So, the area is excellent Desoto-Lancaster area, right off of Interstate South 35E.

It's on the service road. The price $80 for one night is a lot steep, when you are on a budget. It's one-way street, but I-35 is right next to it.

The facility is ok. I wanted a better deal because I have stayed there a few days and different weeks and times. I could expect a little more discount rate for frequency and extension. The more you stay and continuously go I should expect a deal but overall I don't have any complaints. They have a constant crew because I guess it's a family that owns it. Sometimes they work deals but I think it should be more consistent.

Place was nice. But did not have hair dryer or shampoo and conditioner. And did not have a coffee pot. Other then that was good.

There a lot noise at night and there were guys across from drinking and being loud. Being a single female I got in my room quick and did not come out till morning.

This is a wonderful location. There are good restaurants on the same side and across the highway as well.

At times, I had to suggest for the linen to be changed.

located very close to my job location. reasonably priced. well lit. I was checked-in very quickly. the room was also clean. no complaints.

the rooms have basic necessities. there's nothing outstanding about them.

Multiple places to eat nearby. Convenient grocery shopping. Police patrolling the area, felt safe.

Washer/dryers only use quarters. No app.

My sheets were stained but house keeping came right away. I had an issue and corporate never contacted me

the tv was awful they need to upgrade no up & down button on the guide to it’s not good it sucks especially what I paid for two nights I think the tv should be perfect

The v location was great and it was very clean

The need to replace the towels need an ice maker on the ground floor

Starbucks on other side of I-35, which is conventient if travelling Southbound.

No breakfast due to Covid-19. Entry to facility no problem, but egress from facility a major problem because of the one-way frontage road.
