This Hotel is off the charts, super fantastic hotel, reasonable price, very comfortable, very clean, good location because it is 12 minutes from the airport, they have a super kind and well educated taxi driver named Don Carlos that take you to the airport, the fare is $25 which is ok. The coffee and continental breakfast they offer is really good. I can't find words to describe Carmen in the reception. The owner would not be smart if he doesn't keep this lady in his hotel. Carmen is awesome!! Kind, caring, loving, and efficient. Any customer can be sure Carmen is going to take good care of him/her. Erica is great also. We will be back. There is no question about it.

The fact that they had washer and dryer within the premises of the hotel. The internet was great and the room was comfortable. The staff was very kind and supportive. I would stay there again if I needed to.

The breakfast was limited to a few high-carb packaged snacks, coffee, artificial juice, yogurt, and cereals. The walls are not the best in terms of noise reduction. My landline phone was broken and I could not connect to the front desk. The ironing table was broken. When I asked for a new, they provided one that was not broken, but was horrible.

The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfty. The toilet had a paper strip around the seat saying “sanitized for your convenience”. When my wife and I saw it, we realized we had picked the right hotel. We had never seen that before. Even the tub shower was shiny. And for breakfast they had my favorite danishes and yogurt.

Breakfast area is very small. Only 3 tables. It also needs waffles and cereal. Not a big deal though. We just took our breakfast to the room and had it while watching TV so at the end it was more comfortable.

Although the hotel is right next to the highway, if you ask for a room on the other side, it's actually pretty quiet. This is a very basic, small motel; no pool, no fancy breakfast. But it's spotless, and the staff have always been really friendly, and go out of their way to make us comfortable. However, our primary reason for staying here is when we have medical appointments at the Texas Tech University Medical Center; it's so nice to only have a 5-minute drive there, and then be able to have a nearby place to return.

The breakfast selection is pretty skimpy! Some yogurts, plastic-wrapped pastries, oatmeal packets, some apples. Juice, coffee, tea. But the area is clean and neat. Some of the rooms haven't yet been renovated, but they are working on that.

This time the welcoming was warm and kind, we were given a room without carpet as request and we highly appreciated it! Clean and many good toiletries (even make up remover 💓). We loved the fact that there were many towels available.

Breakfast should be available until 10:00, 09:00 is way too early if you are having a relaxed morning. We did not have the chance to try anything, they did not even offer to give us something (anything at all would have been a great gesture), that would have made our trip perfect.

I like that the staff saw I was traveling with my elderly grandma and gave me a room close to the lobby on the first floor without me asking Honestly most people don’t care about things like that it made me feel very welcome

The only thing I can think of that I didn’t like was that there was no toothbrushes available and I had forgotten mine

The hotel is very bright & modern. Our suite was huge & very comfortable. They allow pets for a very reasonable fee. It's near the Riverwalk- 0.7 moles from Stella's Pub & Blue Star brewery, which are right on the riverwalk.

My only complaints were the kleenex box was empty, only 1 washcloth, & the eggs tasted strange (powdered?). The breakfast sausage & biscuit were good.

Area was where I needed to be and felt very safe. Ease in and out made it great to go to and fro. Parking was very good. It was just perfet

The only thing wrong was the vents were loaded with dust in the restroom. Full like felt on a pool table. The breakfast nook was too small to fit a few people.

Very affordable for one. Location perfect. Very clean. Front desk are so friendly.

Parking could be a bit full. Went out one night and came back late and there was no parking. Parked at the hospital and caught an uber back to hotel. In the morning we called an uber to take us back to our vehicle.

This hotel is perfect if you are visiting the Texas Tech Medical Centers. Although it is right by the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet (especially since we got a room facing away from the road!). The building is very solidly built, and noise from other guests was minimal. Our room was spotless.

It's a little tough getting into the parking lot safely if you are coming south, since it's directly after the traffic light. Right now, it's a pretty minimal "continental breakfast", not sure if that would change when Covid is less. But the breakfast room was nice and clean, and there is a small sitting area with couches.
