The pool was great big and cold. The water is not warm and the pool is in direct sunlight. Pets are welcome through the hotel and the lobby. Breakfast was huge and delicious I was so glad I chose to stay here with 7 adults and 8 kids in two suits. There was more than enough room with the two pull out couches. And Double beds in each room. Stay here if you can it’s worth it!

The room service needs to be contacted the night before to get your room clean and you don’t get fresh towels unless you request them downstairs in person. We called for two pull out beds anc a man told us to wait almost two hours so he wouldn’t leave the desk alone and never showed up with them. We made due with what we had and called to cancel and a new girl was on shift I was like oh ok he was waiting till he got off to make my request someone else’s issue. But it was fine.

The queen suite is the best for us when traveling with our 20 yo and 17 yo. It sleeps all of us comfortably, feels clean and safe. The breakfast is dependable. This is our 4th stay at this hotel on road-trips and it's the only El Paso hotel we have been pleased with.

very clean, looke fancy and All the Staff are so nice! they always get me what I need, I love Hampton! i went to El paso to take my Nursing Board Exam, i knew I needed a comfortable place to stay! and Hampton is the best hotel I could think of plus it is near Pearson’s.

I can hear the voices from the other room but that’s not a problem for me.

It’s modern, quiet and the location is right in the middle of the city. On my last day on property I noticed they had security patrolling the parking lot at 4 in the morning. That wasn’t advertised on the website but it should be. Such a relief to know that.

The location was perfect. Easy off and on main road. Starbucks was just around the corner 😊 Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the breakfast but I'm sure it was delicious. The room was so big, since we have kids, I'm glad they gave us a room on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean.

Great staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Location is fabulous. Super close to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Would definitely stay here again. It was so decorated for the holidays that it made it easier to be away from home!

It could use some updating and more/extra USB ports.

Greeted at the door upon arrival and departure. Room was very clean and aside the interstate traffic noise (which I use to help me sleep) there were no disruptions on our floor. Location is convenient to shopping and dining out. Always enjoy the coffee!

Only spent one night. Would have liked to have stayed two.

Hampton Inn is always our first choice when traveling. The rooms are always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful grood breakfasts and large rooms.

No complaints at all.
