The night manager suggested the $100 deposit be in cash and did not give me a receipt. My wife told me to go back and get one. She just wrote $100 deposit on a copy of our room charge paper. Upon leaving the person at the desk asked me if I had a receipt, I gave him the paper and he said that's not the correct receipt. I told him that's what the night manager gave me. He said she wasn't suppose to do that. Eventually he found my receipt and $100 cash deposit. It's a good thing I got that makeshift receipt or I wouldn't have any proof I gave them a deposit in cash. Lesson to all, always get a receipt or better yet, always use a credit card.

Great Location. My band played right down the street about 5 blocks away. It was nice to be able to go to the venue, set up, sound check, then head to the hotel to relax, shower, & change for the show that evening.

The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms don't have the fans in them. So with us all sharing rooms as a band, when you take a shower the bathroom was all fogged up for the next person. They should look into installing a bathroom fan.

Very friendly front desk person. The place was very quiet, even though you could tell there were lots of guests by all the cars. Everything was clean.

It’s a slightly older facility and a bargain, so it definitely didn’t look like a brand new hotel. It was still maintained and what I would expect. The free Wi-Fi did not want to work.

Hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. Friendly staff, a very comfortable room, very clean and quiet.

They charge a $100 deposit when you check in. Nowhere did l see this mentioned before. When you check out, they let you know it will be back in your account in 5-7 days. Might be hard for some people.

Everything was great. I was just passing through and needed to be close to the airport. I got more than expected. I would gladly stay at this location again. It even has a laundry room. The staff was friendly

The employees, from the concierge to housekeeping, were all so very friendly and helpful! I stayed here for one whole week and every time I had a question and called the front desk, they were very patient and polite!

I wasn’t aware that there were kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, etc) made available for guests to borrow, until after I went down to the local store and bought a couple of small pots! It would’ve been nice to have known that information up front.
