Extended Stay America Suites - El Paso - Airport

The night manager suggested the $100 deposit be in cash and did not give me a receipt. My wife told me to go back and get one. She just wrote $100 deposit on a copy of our room charge paper. Upon leaving the person at the desk asked me if I had a receipt, I gave him the paper and he said that's not the correct receipt. I told him that's what the night manager gave me. He said she wasn't suppose to do that. Eventually he found my receipt and $100 cash deposit. It's a good thing I got that makeshift receipt or I wouldn't have any proof I gave them a deposit in cash. Lesson to all, always get a receipt or better yet, always use a credit card.

Great Location. My band played right down the street about 5 blocks away. It was nice to be able to go to the venue, set up, sound check, then head to the hotel to relax, shower, & change for the show that evening.

The only complaint I have is that the bathrooms don't have the fans in them. So with us all sharing rooms as a band, when you take a shower the bathroom was all fogged up for the next person. They should look into installing a bathroom fan.

Very friendly front desk person. The place was very quiet, even though you could tell there were lots of guests by all the cars. Everything was clean.

It’s a slightly older facility and a bargain, so it definitely didn’t look like a brand new hotel. It was still maintained and what I would expect. The free Wi-Fi did not want to work.

The employees, from the concierge to housekeeping, were all so very friendly and helpful! I stayed here for one whole week and every time I had a question and called the front desk, they were very patient and polite!

I wasn’t aware that there were kitchenware (pots, pans, dishes, etc) made available for guests to borrow, until after I went down to the local store and bought a couple of small pots! It would’ve been nice to have known that information up front.

Hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. Friendly staff, a very comfortable room, very clean and quiet.

They charge a $100 deposit when you check in. Nowhere did l see this mentioned before. When you check out, they let you know it will be back in your account in 5-7 days. Might be hard for some people.

Everything was great. I was just passing through and needed to be close to the airport. I got more than expected. I would gladly stay at this location again. It even has a laundry room. The staff was friendly

Every time we have to go to activated the card key, they told us not to put it with other cards or phone abd we did, but we still have go to activated. We were third floor.

I got stuck in El Paso during the ice storm and booked here for almost a week primarily due to price. Not only was this place affordable, but comfortable, clean, and quiet as well. The room had tons of amenities and the laundry room is big, clean, and affordable. I hunkered down for most of the week, so cant speculate too much on the area, but I can vouch for the great room and staff.
