nicely maintained, convenient location, bed was comfortable. love having the option to cook for ourselves. quality pillows and linens. laundry facilities well maintained. $5 a load and used a credit card.

we could hear people a little overhead. think they were fighting. not as bad as other places I’ve stayed. also didn’t quite all the kitchen stuff the have available and you have to request it, kitchen doesn’t come stocked.

The location of the hotel was great. There was many different stores and food places near by. Very easy to locate. Breakfast was just a coffee bar with muffins and oatmeal. Overall great place to stay for a couple of days.

The elevator did not work going down so I constantly had to take the stairs. There was also not a lot of parking and would often have to make my own parking space.

We always stay here because of the location! We like that it has a kitchen a good size table for two a microwave and a good size refrigerator also the air conditioner worked good being that it was so hot out there, reminds me of a studio apartment

The breakfast isn't the greatest but at least they offer breakfast snacks? Also the hot water in the coffee pot for the oatmeal looked yellow and had like coffee grounds inside once I poured it into my cup! Maybe it wasn't rinsed out??

I loved everything about the place... from the staff to the nice clean rooms. It was very nice 👍 and l would like to thank Ms. Katie for the friendly help and smile 😊...

Well, since it was pretty hot in the daytime ... their was no swimming pool at this location. All else was good.

Hotel is located in a busy area so plenty of opportunities to grab something to eat, is well connected and with easy access to the freeway. Rooms are spacious and with basic equipment for making the stay easier.

There is a lot of noise In the parking lot as people is using it to socialize and drink till late hours. Breakfast and coffee is messy, we arrived 30 minutes before the ending time to find only trash and not even a drop of coffee. Halls and corridors need some deep cleaning.

Great location, lots of shops nearby and restaurants too great value and the staff was really nice they where very nice. Definitely worth staying here.

The one thing I did dislike was the shower it creaked a lot. But over all a nice place.

Room could have been cleaner. There was a couple of spills on the dresser, it was not wiped down properly. Hallways and common areas are showing wear and need refreshing. Bed was comfortable.

once my friend and I checked in we got into our room and shortly after doing so someone walked in on us. not sure if it was a manager or housekeeping and they didn’t know it was occupied. It did scare us a bit.

The room is good size, and clean, and in good proximity to the stores and casino. Not to mention right next to the Bob o's family center.

The shower curtain wasn't low enough so water can spill easily on the floor. It is an older building so it isn't the most modern. Breakfast wasn't great but that is due to pandemic reason.

On my way to ElPaso I had a tire blow out and by the time I made it to the hotel it was late and I was pretty shaken up. Brianna was at the front desk and noticed. She asked if she could help me with anything. I told her want had happened on my way there. She looked up a tire repair shop near by, checked to see if they had late hours and then showed me on her phone how to get there. Brianna was a Guardian angel to me that even. I can’t thank her enough for going the extra mile to help me. I would highly recommend she get a raise! 😉

The construction behind the hotel went on into the wee hours of the morning and started again at sunrise. It was loud inside my room. But none of that was the fault of the hotel.
