Comfort Suites - Lake Worth

We were greeted by the most friendliest front clerk (Raina). She showed excitement about us being their for our new granddaughter and family. She was even very understanding and helpful when a very "protective " mother didnt want her kids on separate floor as us and very sweetly upgraded their room without extra charging us. Thank you again Raina!! Also, we very much appreciated your housekeeping staff being on top of keeping our rooms cleaned and very well supplied. Thank you!

Unfortunately, the pool was extremely murky and cold. Even the hot tub was cooler. The breakfast was ok but more choices would have been nice. Like hashbrowns, waffle maker, and pancakemaker. I didn't like the location. If your room is facing the highway you could hear every semi passing through the night. And even heard a few low airplanes flying by.

The property was in a wonderful location and the staff was very friendly

The rooms are out dated they smelled bad and the beds sleep horribly the couch was old and run down the chair was old and ripped I have a 10 month old daughter and I didn’t feel comfortable with her in this room we stayed because we didn’t have any other options of getting a new room. Again the staff was nice but hotel needs a big upgrade

This is a very nice hotel. There are some facilities that need to be upgraded but you can see that they are underway. The Pool areas is indoors as this is nice for when it is way too humid outside and/or storming which happens often. The staff was so kind and accommodating. they met every need. the Breakfast was not bad at all. very good selection of grab and go. They do have Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage to serve-yourself. Oatmeal and cereals and limited selection of breads and pastries but its all very adequate. they also have a do-it-yourself waffle station. We got the whirlpool room and the tub in in the room with a wall partition. Plenty of room for two people to bath together. WiFi was free and worked well. BIG PLUS-THE A/C in the room was AMAZING!!!!

It is a bit out of the way if you are into the metropolitan areas but super close to Carswell military base. Right on the free way with access to just about anywhere. My only real complaint was the facilities needs a coat of paint and the whirlpool room had a bit of a locker room smell, which I think is from the tub being in the room itself and carpeting up against it. The staff did give us heavy duty room spray which helped. Also, you have to tell them if you would like your towels refreshed and beds made. But these are all not too big of problems.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite with a queen bed in the bedroom and two queen beds in the main area. The property was almost finished with renovations. It was easy to use, and the pool area was clean and easy to use even though there were renovations. Breakfast was decent. there were eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, juice, toast, pancakes, hot cereal, coffee, and tea bags. Most of the staff was super friendly.

The back patio was not useful. There was a small grill, a bag of charcoal, two outdoor chairs and a broken chair. We went outside because we wanted to watch the fireworks on July 4. We got locked outside because access cards do not open the back doors. We went around to the front, and we were told it was for security. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work. maintenance was supposed to come up Monday morning, but they did not. We were brought a fan and ended up turning the ac down to 65 in the main area so the room would stay a decent temperature. Maintenance never showed up and by the time we checked out on day 3.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Most of the employees were nice.

I wasn't told before we got there that we had to pay extra daily for our 10 lb dog! The chair to help the disabled to get in the pool and hottub weren't working. It was the whole reason I booked that hotel. It was a major letdown.

This hotel does not disappoint. I travel to DFW about 3-4 times a year. I will always stay here! The staff are very nice and accommodating. The Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have yet to say no to any request (albeit they are reasonable) but they always do it with a smile.

There are not that many handicapped spots and some of them can be spread apart. There really in nothing else negative you can say about this place.

Dorothy in the breakfast area was friendly & truly eager to assist all guests with preparing the inclusive hot breakfast.

I have stayed at comfort suites in Scottsdale I was expecting the same standard how pleased we were that the staff were eager to help myself & other guests, we asked the front desk staff to let the manager know how amazing the house keeper, Dorothy & the ladies on the reception. We normally book with Hilton rewards for our business trips my Manager has agreed that our next trip we will book rooms at comfort suite for all three of Us this is why a good experience and friendly professional service that exceeds expectations is rewarding to your future business.

Yolanda at the front was the epitome of excellent customer service. She deserves a raise. She was working by herself and as there were several people checking in for to electric outage in our area she apologized and was so efficient and friendly . So refreshing.

The booking site was inaccurate to the description of room.

From the location, to the cleanliness of the rooms it was a very comfortable stay!

Staff seemed to be rude at times. Check in didn’t go smooth, and when I asked a question there always seemed to be sarcasm involved in the response instead of just answering my questions.

Pool and jacuzzi , even though I’ve only used it once. And the breakfast is really nice.

I usually stay here a couple of times each month and would’ve again tomorrow, but you raised your rate from $65 to $90 dollars! That’s just too much for me just to sleep. I found one in Fort Worth for $61 with a rating of 8.3! So I guess from now on I’ll be staying in Fort Worth instead of Lake Worth. Good luck with your high rates!
