Everyone at the front desk was very hospitable and kind. They were attentive, polite and showed genuine kindness. The night auditor’s were great. The girls, Abby and one with dark black black hair (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name) were amazing. They were friendly, helped me when I needed or at least attempted to help.

Lady in the mid-morning told me that they didn’t provide change, but I’d gotten quarters for the washer/dryer throughout the night. It was awkward. Thumbs down. TV in the room didn’t work.

Everything was clean and it was quiet.

I was a little upset to find out this location doesn't accept chime bank cards and when I asked why, I was not given an actual answer just a "we just don't". Very frustrating to have to spend extra money at an ATM when every other La Quinta I have ever stayed at has never had a problem taking my chime debit card.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Pool was inaccessible. I booked this room for the higher rate thinking it would have a nice pool. I was told it had just stopped working and they needed to drain it. However the water was stagnant and dark green. It's been unavailable for a while not just this weekend. Was very disappointed. Then they charged me full price. $134. Definitely not worth that. I was hoping to be given some kind of refund for this.

Staff where lovely. pool had the sun all day. was even sheltered from the winds that where coming in when k stayed.

Towels where changed everyday was great. The room would smell of stail smoke (non smoking building). There was also a bottle of juice found under the bed. no idea how long that has been left. However the room was reasonably clean.

staff where so lovely an friendly. very helpful as I’m for the uk an was driving to a location I hadn’t been to yet. gave me the best advice an information of there knowledge. The spa pool was lovely an warm

Towels where changed everyday was great. However the bed sheets where marked and there was a hair on the pillows. an the room had a smell of some sort.

I loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Usually I’m uncomfortable sleeping in the beds but no everything was nice and clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell in the hallways but it didn’t bother me too much just a little funky.

shower was cold the first night there, we did stay 3 nights. We tipped the housekeeper to tidy up our room after the first night , and replenish towels etc. but she didn’t do it! So we told front desk the next day and they saw to it that day. Beds were way too soft and uncomfortable,otherwise pretty happy with the place.

Everything was perfect, great friendly staff, good breakfast, the rooms are very nice, clean and comfy. Great bedding too. And enjoy the breakfast!!!

This hotel was great. Awesome location, Very clean, nice size room, and the Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

The outside seating could use a few chairs however the view of the lake was beautiful.

The room was fine. The pool was clean and the hot tub was HOT!

There was mold growing in the shower. The buttons were broken on the ac so you couldn't adjust it. The breakfast was lacking. There was no cheese or salsa for the eggs and were in Texas.
