The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location worked well with personal plans. Didn’t take advantage of complimentary breakfast however, it appeared to have a good variety.

The housekeeping service in my room. Due to Covid rules, you had to request cleaning for less than a four day stay. I only asked for cleaning one day. The young lady (failed to get her name) did not clean the shower area, face bowl, replace a roll of toilet paper, and/or sweep the bath floor or vacuum the rug. I had collected the trash, neatly assembled dirty towels and left a generous tip inside a Hallmark card. You would think she would have put forth additional effort but she did not.

Convenient location. Clean. Good value. I felt safe.Quiet except for air conditioning unit. I would stay here again though.

Check in didn't seem to have a record that I prepaid with booking.com and initially asked me to pay again until I provided proof. Air cond unit made a loud clanking and I had to turn it off every night in order to sleep. Wasn't aware of a required $20 convenience charge. I haven't received a credit on my card yet.

Comfortable bed and spacious room. Nice bathroom.

Would have loved for the refrigerator to be bigger.

The staff were super friendly!! From front desk to breakfast server to housekeeping.

There was a weird, chemical/cleaning supply, smell that were in the elevators and down the halls. Also, one of the two elevators were broken so we used the stairs because there was a line for the one elevator.

They have a nice, well organized hotel. Front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful during our stay.

The city will probably grow up around the hotel. Currently not very many things are in walking distance…….except the sports fields.

The breakfast was great. The location is good and I like the fact that it is off from any main roads.

The night clerk was very nice. The morning clerk was average.

Needed fresh air In rooms- but room windows don’t open. just my preference- no biggie.

breakfast selection was good, nice quantity to choose from as well as variety. Kitchen staff was friendly and asked how things were. Room was nice and spacious and conveniently located to many different locations

Breakfast was ok. Decent selection and eggs were tasty. Would have preferred a little more in quality rather than microwavable breakfast sandwiches. Would have preferred already war sausage and biscuits that were separate.

I love the location of where the hotel place. Great customer service! Highly recommend this hotel for people that are staying for a short time in the Frisco, Texas area. Very clean rooms and floors.
