Location, pool and gym area, newer hotel, parking

Price (high for Frisco/DFW), room service needed to be reminded for us, cabanas at pool were usually taken or reserved already early morning, no restaurant

Everything. Location was perfect, the hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. We stayed here for an anniversary staycation and from the moment we walked in, we felt special. The gentleman at the front desk (his name started with a Z, forgive my bad memory) made our stay excellent and was able to give us a room where we requested. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we almost didn’t want to leave for dinner because of how much we were enjoying the peace and quiet. The location to the mall was very convenient for shopping and local restaurants. After our stay, this will be our go to hotel when we are in town. Well done Hyatt.

If I had to say anything negative it would be that the sheets were so crisp that they made a crinkle sound when you moved. Such a first world problem.

The location was excellent. I was there for a few days alone before my husband arrived and I’ve never felt so safe at a hotel! The staff is overly attentive, which I loved. This place was CLEAN. I’m talking next level clean. All areas were kept immaculate to include the lobby, the downstairs bar and restaurant, hallways, fitness room, and elevators. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and updated. You cannot go wrong staying here, and I would 100% stay here again.

We love how sleek and modern the room was, while still being very comfortable and meeting our needs. We particularly appreciated the chromecast, that allowed us to use our streaming apps on the TV. We enjoyed the excellent parking and the easy access to shopping and restaurants. Overall we highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

The hotel seemed to be quite the party spot, which is not a problem. However, the noise from the other rooms was quite loud into the night with pounding music and people partying. It wasn't the most relaxing environment, which was a bit disappointing, but not a major issue for us. Something to keep in mind if you are looking for peace and quiet though.

Hotel and room was very clean. Hotel and room was quiet even though there were many people in the common areas. Lots of space in common areas and elevators were very spacious.

There was no internet connection or television when we arrived. We were told there was a problem and they were working on it. We left the hotel to visit with family and when we returned that night there was still no internet nor television available. I understand that some Thomas are beyond the hotel's control but was surprised that it took all day and night to get the problem solved. When asked how our stay was upon check out, I mentioned this and the young lady adjusted our bill. I did not expect that adjustment but very much appreciated it

Location: The location was perfect and hotel was beautiful and well maintained. It was great that there was no charge for parking, as should be the case for all hotels! Staff: The staff at the bar where we ordered food provided exceptional service. Food: We ordered various food items and all of them were great. *I would recommend that the coffee and hot chocolate be served hotter, though.

Food: It would have been much more convenient had the breakfast been served from 6 or 7am to - 10am versus 8am - 11am. Additionally there was not a complimentary coffee bar - this would have been nice to have given the late breakfast start time. Also, there was no room service had we wanted to dine in.

Hotel was easy to get to and very nice. Staff was great. Lots of places to shop/eat nearby. Bartender was great, had good conversation with him.

Stopped in the market cafe shop on 1st floor for coffee Sat. morning 8am. The young man at the register was having lots of problems multitasking. Only 2 people ahead of me (both had small orders) and it took over 15min for me to get a banana and a danish. He clearly could have used more help because he seemed totally lost and challenged in his role. But I felt he was doing the best he could and I appreciated that.

Being in Hyatt Regency one must expect a proper glass or coffee cup . They used such a cheap disposable that it leaks over night if you accidentally leave with water or coffee. The refrigerator was a cheap one and no shelves. Room was very clean and that’s about it . No outlet for iron unless you press in the bathroom. I would recommend to everyone but same time my recommendation to the Hyatt Regency corporation is to please focus on other things as well and don’t use the Corona Virus as an excuse to save money at your end . Please provide regular mugs and glass in the room . Water bottle cost you 25c but you are not leaving in the room unless you are an elite member or pay $3.00 that’s outrageously unacceptable.

I booked at Hyatt Regency Frisco last year after they opened. It was such a great experience. Even during COVID their amenities and accommodations were top notch. Months later I booked it for a birthday celebration and was not disappointed. The staff are professional and accommodating. Rooms are new, clean, nice natural light, great TV with chrome cast, etc. Nice heated pool on 4th floor. The bar in the lobby is reasonable and has friendly bar tenders. Great location in the heart of Stonebriar, while a short uber to Legacy West and other great attractions.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Good location connected to the mall, especially because we were in Dallas during the heatwave. Ample lobby space and conference rooms, comfortable beds / rooms, nice gym, and generous breakfast.
