Large spacious room. Room was clean. Farmer's market nearby was interesting. Breakfast was decent.

It would be nice if breakfast had some low fat, whole grain options. Also, the same eggs and potatoes every day got tiresome. More variety would be good. How about boiled eggs as an option. Most eating tables were too low. They looked nice but were not comfortable to eat at. Pool looked kind of dirty and uninviting. No hot tub. We were there 4 days and room was attended to only once. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. In-room fridge did not have a freezer option

The rooms are fairly spacious for the price, and very well kept. The one issue that came up was rectified immediately. The breakfast is remarkable in its variety. The staff were very helpful.

More table type seating in the breakfast area that does not include high stools would be nice, though it is a flex space so not having it is understandable. Since the laundry area gets heavy use, more equipment would be helpful.

It's a new place (Google Maps still shows under construction), so it was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was really good. The staff was quick, responsive and friendly.

Not enough lighting in the room. There was one in the corner of the room above a chair, like a reading corner. Then there was one between the beds and another small one over the entrance. Then was one light for the table, though it was under the trim, focusing on the table. Could use at least one more light to make it brighter.

Location was great. The room were clean and the beds were comfortable. AC kept the room cool everyday Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. Good restaurants close by. Having a coin operated washer and dryer was very convenient and good for our long stay. The lobby had comfortable chairs to relax.

The ice making machines on our floor wasn't working so we had to go to the next floor.

It was an amazing stay! The staff was amazing upon check in and check out.

The hallway by our room which was close to the elevator had a very strong smell. It smelled like a used cat box. I don't know if it was cleaner or something else.

The continental breakfast was one of the best that I have had. The room had plenty of towels. The room itself was very spacious. It definitely was worth the price.

We left the room at 9:30 A.M. Saturday. When we returned, the bed had not been made, There were no clean towels. The bathroom had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and was told that because of Covid protocol that room cleaning had to be requested. I've was very shocked at this because I have never experienced such a thing. The situation was promptly addressed. I wish we were told that we had to request cleaning when we arrived at the hotel.

It's a new property, so everything is clean and fresh. It's in a quiet part of town, so no traffic to deal with. It's peaceful. The breakfast spread is quite decent as well. This is our second time staying here. It is walking distance from the FC Dallas stadium, so great for traveling fans during match days.

The lighting in the room could be improved.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The hotel was extremely clean and modern. I felt like I was walking in to a hotel with a higher rating than LaQuinta normally has. The gym was extremely clean and wonderfully equipped. Breakfast was delicious and provided many options.

Check in started at 3 o'clock, I did arrive early about 1:30, to see if by chance it was ready, came back at 2:15, then 3:15, waited in lobby till 3:45. Had to get ready for a wedding and be there at 4:45. Fortunately your location was only 7 minutes away. The staff was very apologetic and polite the whole time.

Definitely one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The facility still had that brand new feeling and everything worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The walls are kinda thin so even a normal conversation can be heard in the next room. One of the elevators was also down for repair.
