I liked the location. Close to restaurants. However fresh coffee was not made during the day at hotel, I asked the desk clerk and she stated they had been busy and would make some but she didn’t. I had to go to McDonalds.

I always eat waffles and banana nut bread. My grandson had waffles, blueberry muffin, and yogurt. He tried eggs and sausage but said it wasn’t good. My husband is a big egg and meat person but also said not good and opted for a waffle. Can never go wrong with the waffles! Our AC was rattling when we arrived, I caught the maintenance man in the hallway and he came in and adjusted it. He said if any more problems have the front desk call him he lives close by. The next morning he saw us at breakfast and asked if everything was ok with the AC and if we enjoyed the rodeo. Facility and grounds were exceptionally clean.

The indoor pool. The pool and surrounding area was clean but like most indoor pools it was warm/hot and muggy. We prefer an outdoor pool.

I liked and enjoyed everything. And the housekeeping staff was on point. They kept my room very clean. And they made sure I had towels, soap, tissue etc...

The only thing I didn't like was the fact one of the quest had a dog that sometimes seemed a little aggressive when you would pass him and his owner.

love that the hotel looks new. the hotel lobby is updated, the rooms were clean and the bed were comfortable.

elevator is outdated and dirty. the breakfast was ok, the egg was watery and salty. the floor in the breakfast area was wet and slippery when we were there. I wish the breakfast table was bigger to accommodate a family, they had like a table with 2 chairs

The staff and polite people

I came early to check in but I couldn’t check in til 3 which was fine but my problem was I came back to check for 3 and my son graduation started at 4 I had to wait 30 more mins which was 3:30 so I was late checking in not to mention I was late to my son graduation

Great location great staff house keeping was fantastic I can't remember the one who was doing our room but she had red like braids in her hair this will be our place to stay when coming to Dallas Thank You for the wonderful experience

There wasn't anything to dislike about this property

Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Very good noise control from other rooms and quiet fridge. Breakfast with waffles. Gym. relevant shopping and dining nearby.

A/C unit noise level in own and other rooms did not match otherwise good noise control.

Everything was clean and staff was very pleasant .i have no complaints stayed 3 nights and enjoyed all of them

Neighbors kept slamming doors but nothing else about locarion was bad at all

The breakfast was very good. Eggs and sausage each morning with plenty of other options for everyone.

The room needed some attention. A few areas that needed some paint and the carpet was separating from the tile.

I liked the view and also the room was very comfortable. It was a nice and comfortable stay. They had everything clean and ready for you before you arrive. The snack room is also a nice touch because you can just go down and grab something to eat
